I am an absolute lover of breakfast food. As I mentioned above, I consider breakfast as the most important meal of each day. Although we have only tried a few of B&P’s Chef Bowl best sellers, I am very much delighted with the taste and presentation of my order - Don Malutong. Most people may find their menu simple but I recommend everyone to try. Kudos to the staff and chefs who accommodated us on our first visit! Body and I had a wonderful time!- HANNAHBeef Tapa will always be my favorite breakfast food! They have one of the best tapa I’ve tasted. I was able to finish their Primera Tapa even when I was so full. That’s how much I loved their food. I also love the Lemon Lime Mango Cooler. The interior of the restaurant is lovely and the color combination is inviting to the eyes. Overall, I would definitely comeback here and try their other food like Pancake and Benedict!- JULIENNERead full review on our official website: thebigbones.ph@thebigbonesph in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and website

My third review and my displease to their food does not change. I was scouting to other people's view and was curious why they rate this place higher. Maybe I am designed not to love this place. The only order that i liked this morning was their version of Fruits of the Day.  I must admit though that this is hard to screw up. At Php 90 it was a satisfying encounter with a bowl of sweet mangoes, oranges and banana. However, they could have added other colors or texture. Suggestions include green apple or sliced grapes. The Salmon Hash and Eggs were terrible. One major pet peeve, hard egg yolk. I don't understand why you serve an egg and get that part not runny.  It was also oily, bland and too simple for Php 280. The Spam Rice was not a novelty but my friend had it anyway. So much for a claim on generous servings of spam. This one costs Php 165. Actual cost estimated at Php 30.

A good place for hangout. Free wifi and charging stations. Ambiance is relaxing and staff were all friendly. I don't know much about their food but I like their cakes. We availed their unlimited cake promo and it was definitely worth it. While on the other side, I'm not really impressed with their latte coz it is very strong in taste plus there are no other choices.

Jack Daniel's dark chocolate cake is as good as its name! This dainty cafe serves breakfast all day which I plan to try next time. Just got their dessert and mango with boba juice.

After our dinner, we had desserts at B&P. Loaker Hazelnut (130PHp)Twix Cheesecake (155PHp)Johnnie Walker slice (150PHp)Salted Caramel (125PHp)Milk Chocolate S'more (175PHp) great for snacking. You can purchase a bag of it and bring it home. Out of the 5 desserts the first two were my favorite! 😋

I ordered 2 dishes: The Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese (Php 220) and the French Toast (Php 190). So, I think they might have used canned tomatoes, which is okay but the soup needed cream or something to cut the acidity, because it was straight up sour. The grilled cheese would have been perfect had the cheese actually been melted and not just warm. When I eat a grilled cheese, I need the cheese to be stringy when I pull it apart and unfortunately it was not. I could still see the solid shredded parts of mozzarella cheese. The bread on the other hand was perfectly golden and buttery. Now, I'll comment on the Lost Bread aka French Toast. In short, I wasn't happy with it. It was soggy. French toast needs to be toast! It requires a crispy, crunchy exterior with a light touch of that batter of egg and cinnamon custard. It was heavily coated in that mixture with ill defined proportions of dairy and egg. The texture was comparable to that of a sponge. On top of that, they didn't even separate the maple syrup into a different container. So, that added to the denseness of the dish. All around, would I go back? I might give them another shot since their staff was warm and friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant screams Sunday brunch. However, I'm a bit hesitant since they can't even master something as simple as grilled cheese, tomato soup and French toast.

I have been wondering why this resto is rated so low compared to its neighbors. After being convinced to eat here for lunch by my officemates and sampling what it has to offer, my doubts have vanished. Here is a list of this resto's offenses to my sanity;1. Food took too long. I could accept waiting 10-15 minutes but a wait of almost half an hour is just annoying2. The long wait could have been worth it if the food was spectacular. Sadly, it wasn't. I split an order of Beer-Battered Buttermilk Chicken with an officemate and we were so let down. It was burnt to a dark brown and some parts of the skin tasted more like burnt batter. 3. They kept getting our orders wrong. One of us didn't get the sunny-side-up egg she requested and when she did get it, it was a sorry excuse for a fried egg. One of us ordered salmon, hash and eggs which was supposed come with poached eggs. Instead it came with scrambled eggs. Another's meat loaf surprise was supposed to come with garlic rice but (surprise! surprise!) was actually served with plain rice. The beer-battered chicken that we ordered have French toast as its side but was instead served with plain rice. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the French toast.Granted, the place looks good (and Instagram-y) and our server Jayson was accommodating and kept offering complimentary eggs or rice for every order they got wrong. However, considering how pricy its offerings are, those are not enough to counter the really bad dining experience we had here.

B&P is a all-day breakfast place inside Il Terrazo. One of the 'newer' restaurants in the building, with alot of coming and going brands here, I hope this will stay a little longer. They serve simple tapas, eggs ben, to baked ribs, pasta, and they even make their own cakes. We had an opportunity to try their ribs that entitled us for a free beer because of the 'Father's day promo'.The ribs was overcooked that made it abit rubbery. The sauce was homemade. It has a light pungency of garlic with a sweet-sour smokey finish. It was served with bacon fried rice and corn topped with chimichurri. The whole dish would be awesome if the ribs were cooked right.Pesto cream pasta was simple and straightforward. It is a little underseasoned but the creaminess of the sauce was perfect. It was light that has a pesto after taste. It's not too rich that overpowers anything you blend it with. It was topped with fried chicken that i find bland. The batter was okay just lacks salt.Johnnie Walker Chocolate cake was good. The cake was moist and fudgy. It was rich and chocolatey! The whiskey added doesn't really standout, but a subtle hints of its smokiness to the chocolate.B&P has 4 branches all over Metro Manila. #TheFoodCrawlers #OngsFoodprints

The ambience is really cozy and the staff is friendly. The serving sizes are average to generous depending on the meal. Their drinks fall on below average serving size though, considering the cost. As for the food, their house salad was far from satisfying, although their crab and tuna chef bowl was generous and tasty. The salmon breakfast plate was a big let down for me because the pieces of fish tasted frozen and were not cooked right. To me, failing to cook salmon perfectly is such a shame. It should be a sin to ruin a perfect piece of fish.I wouldn't really want to eat here again, but am not too against trying other things on their menu.
