This used to be our favorite kebab default resto until we sampled their Arya Sini Soor last Sunday. Was quite disappointed when they informed us that the fish is not available so we substituted it for another ground beef skewer. The meat skewers were ok but not as delicious as before, quite gamey for us! However the Roti with curry sauce and Yogurt and shakes were still yummy! Hope they improve their quality and being back our expectation to the same level ***sigh***

It was okay but too pricey. Haha I'd choose Mister Kabab over this anytime. We ordered beef shawarma, curry roti with yogurt cucumber, beefsteak and sizzling beef koo kabab. Out of four i like their sizzling beef koo kabab! I gave only 1star because after eating my mom got sick. (Watery stool, nausea, vomiting and fever) we are suspecting that their yogurt is contaminated.

Mediterranean's top destination for my taste buds. Authentic and full of life in every bite. This is the third branch I've been in since I've tried it first. Am a big fan of their chili sauce- not too spicy but gives it enough kick! We had the sampler and chicken curry with biryani. Started the yum experience with hummus as appetizer. Check it!

Probably the best and authentic Persian restaurant for me!We started first with the Arya dip platter which consists of hummus, mutabal (babaganoush), tzatziki and mirza ghasemi. First of, I love Greek cuisine and tzatziki is my favorite dip! It is cucumber and Greek yogurt based, I wonder why tzatziki is served here but I won't complain. Next up is babaganoush which is a puree of smoked eggplant and olive oil. Also my favorite dip next to tzatziki. Those two alone would already make me a happy person. And they are both really good! The other two dips, mirza ghasemi, is a puree of smoked eggplant and tomato sauce. Since I love eggplant, I kinda liked it too. And lastly, the immortal hummus which is a puree of chickpeas and is probably the least favorite of mine among the dips. By the way, I would just like to add that they also have good pita bread here. Just from the smell of the pita bread you can already tell this is an authentic Persian restaurant.Next up are the kebabs! I ordered lamb kebab soltani. And I can say, I think I already found my lamb soltani! The ground lamb kebab is delicious and full of flavor and not bland like in others. But the best part here is the lamb tenderloin! It is very delicious, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. I can say that this dish is the star of the table! I also tried the beef kebab koobideh and just like the lamb, it is also delicious. Better than most beef kebabs I've had in other Persian restaurants. Also the chicken joojeh kebab, which is grilled chicken breast marinated in saffron and spices, is okay though I am not really a fan of chicken kebabs. They also serve basmati rice to complete that authentic kebab experience. I just think it's blasphemy to pair kebabs with jasmine rice. Now with all the positive review I have with Arya, why still a 4.5 and not 5? As much as I wanted to rate it a 5 (and I usually reserve this for restaurants that are perfect), sadly, Arya had some misses. I did not like their garlic sauce. I think there's something off with how it tastes. Not that it tastes horrible. It's just that their garlic sauce feels weak when compared to the likes of Mister Kabab, etc. This is the only criticism I can find with Arya but the garlic sauce is important in a kebab meal thus the 4.5 rating. I dunno maybe if I try it again next time my opinion of their garlic sauce might change.Tips:- lamb soltani, don't be afraid to try lamb it tastes better than beef!- try the dip platter to taste the different varieties of dips- order some grilled onion as their kebabs only comes with a grilled tomato
