You certainly won’t regret it. Beyond Manila Bites took us to this treasure trove of a website place, and it was happily ever after! Seriously, one just cannot simply get over tapa that melts in your mouth. On #22 Malingap street, you’ll see this small and humble location with a black and brown cow on it along with the name. Parking space was not big enough but you can just park along the neighboring streets if needed. Just take extra caution where you park to be sure.Their dining area is moderately spacious– just enough to fill around eight tables of four. They also have an open but covered area so it’s not too hot or too cold either on any hour of the day (except probably at noontime in the middle of summer). They also have a TV so you can watch while you wait for your food to be served.Again, going back..they have an open area outside. And I think this was a plus for smokers since they can indulge on their sticks where they eat. And what do you know, they also serve a variety of local beer here so it can also be your new hub after work or a hectic day.Besides their beloved Original Angus Tapa, they have other variants: Tropical, Hot n’ Spicy, Tropical Spicy, Korean BBQ, and their light versions– do note that they are priced differently though. And if you’re not in the mood for tapa, they also have lots of kinds of Premium Jumbo Sausages to choose from:Hungarian, Schublig, Garlic, Sweet Italian, Kielbasa, Frankfurterand Bratwurst, all served with rice and egg.And please try their Angus Beef Carbonora!!!It was really really good!Definitely a lot to choose from, making you want to go back again to try something different.Follow @iza.gram on instagram and check out more food and restaurant photos!Michelle Ann China Yu Alvin Ong | TFC Tom Salamanca Spoons Around The World

Whenever I would come across a resto here at website, I always ask my friends to try it with me.Last night, we tried Angus Tapa Centrale, I read good reviews about the place, the food and well mostly the food. It has been featured in so many food shows i.e pop talk et. al and many famous and not so famous people have visited this branch or that one in Malingap st. At first glance, it's not a fancy restaurant more like a garage converted resto that I can assure you, there are no fancy design or interior, no bright lights or airconditioning for that matter just a wall fan and a stand fan and some tables and chairs to accommodate their customers. It's a simple restaurant. People come because of their food. It is open 24 hours. So we ordered their angus tapa lite which is your angus beef tapa, some garlic rice and sunny side up egg and the hungarian sausage with cheese with garlic rice and egg as well. The angus beef was grilled infront of you so I can bet that it would be hot in the morning and afternoon especially with the scorching heat this summer. Service of the food will not take that long you just have to wait for about 5min or so and your food would be serve. My friends were conviced that the food was good, they enjoyed their food and serving size was hefty, not bitin and not nakakaumay. One friend like her garlic rice and the tenderness of the tapa was just right, it didn't feel like you were eating rubber meat. As for the hungarian sausage well, it tasted somewhat bland for me although it was not one of their best seller I suggest that the other food in the menu should not be taken for granted. For dessert we had the classic sansrival, and personally i liked it because unlike the other sans rival cakes I have tasted, this one is not too sweet. It tasted right and even the consistency of the cake itself was okay, I would recommend you order this if you still have room for dessert. As for the staff, they were not very attentive to the needs of their customers, did not even greet us when we came in nor when we left. The cashier was even mataray to one of my friend when she asked about the price of an ala carte spam, she did however tried to make it up to us by serving us our food and utensils when it was supposed to be self service so i think that will do.Overall, I like the chill vibe of this place because you can come here wearing only your pambahay clothes and you wont feel out of place because there is no need for a dress code or what. I'd most definitely recommend this to friends and family. :)

This resto is great if you have late night cravings for tapsilog or if you want to cap a night out with a hearty rice meal. Their Angus beef tapa is sliced very thinly - sukiyaki style - and marinated to come out flavorful and tender. You can also opt to get some local spiced vinegar to go with your tapsilog.
