Looking for a new place to eat in Trinoma (rather than my usual fastfood chains go to), I discovered a nice and affordable burger joint while browsing at website page. (Laking tulong talaga ng website especially when I look for new places to eat). We came at 8 Cuts Burger Blends in Trinoma at around 5-6pm on a weekday and was so glad that they were not full. Place is a bit small but it's okay for me since we were the 2nd customer that time. Haha Though I think that the place can get crowded especially during peak hours or weekends. Design is very casual with a bit of vintage diner vibes. Menu was immediately handed to us upon seating. Here's what we ordered:Four Cheese 2.0 Burger (1/4lb - Php255)"A beef bomb blend of chuck and short rub, yellow cheddar, monterey cheese, parmesan crusted mozarella, garlic aioli and fried basil oil on Sesame seed bun"- I liked the distinct taste of the burger patty that they have as it has a combination of sweet and salty taste. The burger patty was juicy, yummy and not that greasy. I was also surprised as this 1/4lb burger was more than enough for my small tummy. Though, I think their Four Cheese didn't really meet my expectations as I was looking for that oozing cheese or more cheese from the burger. Hangover Burger (1/4lb - Php295)"Onion-griddled big game blend patty of hanger & brisket, yellow cheddar, crisp prosciutto, fried egg, arugala, honet, sweetly spiced BBQ sauce & house aioli oil on a sesame seed bun"- This looks and tastes more appetizing than my Four Cheese burger as the combination of every ingredients included on Hangover tastes so perfect. It also has that distinct sweet and salty taste of burger.Add ons:Rated GP : Skinny Fries + Soda (+Php99)- The skinny fries was really a "skinny" fries, just the normal taste of a regular fries.*Pls take note that they require a 10% service chargeFor me, the prices are quite affordable especially with the quality of the burgers that they offer. Highly recommended burgers for everyone.

So far, this is my #1 pick when it comes to burgers! I've been here quite a few times and I must say that all of their burger blends are spot-on! The patties are all juicy and packed with that heavenly beefy taste. Yeah, quite pricey but it's all worth it. They also have the best tasting onion rings and fries in town. The onion rings have a barbecue-ish flavor and I just can't get enough of it. Their fries are heaven sent. It was perfectly crunchy but not toasted. I guess they fry it using the grease from the patties because it also have a hint of beefy taste, which makes it so unique. I'll always come back here as long as I live. 😉

My boyfriend and I had to promptly choose where to dine after certain fortuitous events had us postpone our supposed Maginhawa trip. By the time we arrived, it was already almost 8 PM and we were both dangerously famished (especially because I only had coffee to fuel me since waking up). Good thing, though, that it was not hard to choose from their menu. I ordered their Q-Daddy while he ordered their Sloppy J.For the food, I really liked whatever was in my burger. I didn't even bother to read what was in it; I was that hungry! I practically inhaled my food with how swift I finished it. The patty was really tender and one can really observe that it was made with pure beef and not mixed with fillers.By the end of the night, we were stuffed and satisfied with the meal we had. Honestly, I've tasted great burgers in the past as well and I don't think this one particularly stood out, but, nevertheless, it was still really good.

8 Cuts Burger Blend Originally, we are planning to celebrate our first Monthsary in Maginhawa, QC, but due to unexpected happenings we ended up in Trinoma. I like the interiors of this burger house, especially the black accent and the wall hangings. The waiter handed the menu as we settled in, we ordered Sloppy J and Q-Daddy. I like the idea of putting Nachos in your burger, having a crunchier bite with your burger. It is like you ordered two meals, a burger and nachos as a side. My girlfriend handed me a bite of Q-Daddy, and it was a different offering as compared to Sloppy J. The sloppy J was a bit chessier as to Q-Daddy, but latter was flavorful as compared to former. To compare with other burger houses, 8 cuts was a bit pricey and nothing was special when it comes to the taste of their burger.Food - 🍴🍴🍴Place - 📍📍📍📍Price - 💸💸💸💸Accommodation - 👤👤👤👤Overall - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anyone who loves burgers would love this place. You'll even smell like a burger once you get out. Probably because the kitchen is pretty much just a long table right beside the dining tables. I really liked the customized burger concept. Price? Not cheap. About 200-400 per burger depending on your customization choices. Still, worth going back to anytime!

Great tasting burgers. Simple but delicate. Meaty and juicy. The onion rings was nice too. I suggest though that you pick water as your bev as so you wont get full easily.

The last time I went here was also the first time that I got to try 8 cuts. To be honest, I was overwhelmed as there were a lot of choices on their menu, but as we were in a hurry, I didn't have time to really read through it, so I ended up ordering their Four Cheese Burger. It was alright, the burger was not too greasy, though I did find it to be a bit bland. Still, now that I've been able to (leisurely lol) browse through the menu, I think I'll be coming back (but in a different branch as Trinoma is too far orzz) to try out some of their other burgers.

We actually came here for the onion rings for it takes the top spot of the bests in metro manila. But we've customized our own burger as well!Onions were just fine. I love Taters better (not advertising anything, just love for the onions) but maybe, they were on the top spot because of the crunchiness when you bite it and the bbq powder that is on the breading which is really really good.RIP for the onions though. It's just there but you just can't taste its presence. :(( (Burger hmmm wasn't that good, or maybe it is just the combo I made) -sesame + honey blend + tomatoes + lettuce? + ketchup + mustard + onions + mozzarella + caramelized onions + sweet spicy bbq sauce
