I took my companion here tonight and pre booked the Lobster collection menu Let’s start with the fantastic 👍 The service was excellent and worth an excellent dining experience. This location is great but I wouldn’t contact it fine dining. Your wine menu wassuperb (if overpriced) The dessert menu was delightful. The Dying By Chocolate was exceptional and the trio of Creme Brûléelectronic was most likely the best I've ever eaten. The appetiser was mediocre and may have already been fish balls from the street vendor simply served on nicer plates The soup span of Parsnip with Parmesan wasn’t terrible however, not great either. I've had much better Campbell’s Soups from the can. The duck dish was over cooked and the rice component needed some sweet or heat to breakdown the salty (raisins or chilli could have been perfect) The primary lobster Thermidor dish was the big disappointed for me personally. You don’t put reddish and natural bell pepper in Thermidor... and yes it was SMALL similar to a big prawn 🦐 when compared to a lobster... I had been wishing The quinoa salad that was included with the Lobster is a saving grace but significantly it tasted such as this beautiful grain have been blended with a packet of Taco blend .... a totally baffled dish and a unfortunate waste of this type of beautiful little bit of produce We were the only real two individuals in the complete restaurant- now I understand why.
