We'd some tasty bits of bagnet (community deep-fried pork tummy) and poqui-poqui (scrambled egg with aubergine?!?). It's had been all pretty good, and reasonable price.

We stopped for lunch time about December 20th English path from Laoag to San Juan, La Union. 1. The meals is good. I specifically liked the bagnet. 2. The bathrooms are usually quaint. They are situated in the silong of a geniune bahay na bato that wereretro-fitted to support a bathroom (see pictures I took). 3. The employees are friendly and there's parking space available. Nevertheless, Cafe Uno, Cafe Uno Grille and Grandpa's Inn shared one parking great deal as all three establishments are usually owned by exactly the same is owner/owners. 4. It's the area and the architecture you need to enjoy even more than the food, I believe. It's the-past-meets-the-present also it works. The area retained the Old Globe feel without sacrificing contemporary amenities. 5. I only want it were even more wheelchair-user sky when i traveled with a senior who runs on the wheelchair.

The only real redeeming factors in this eating experience were the cheese quesadilla and pancit bihon, the others were total disappointment. Lowlights: 1. Serving period is so gradual. It took them nearly an hour to assist our food whenever we were informed that waiting period is15 mins. If you don't ask, they'll not let you know the status of one's order. 2. Do not order the next: a. Sizzling bagnet- it had been not really bagnet, but sizzling slabs of unwanted fat with a sprinkle of lean meats. We'd to cancel this purchase because we purchased bagnet, not fats. b. Pork sisig- similar to, pork omelette. c. Longganisa burrito and longganisa quesadilla flavor like ^*^(*%, we didn't also swallow it. It tastes horrible, really. 3. Most of the foods we wanted aren't available, so we were left with the not good types on the menu.

Upon first glance it is a rather black, underground restaurant. Nevertheless the food was great and popular and the waitress had been attentive. We didn't need to wait too much time either and both meals were served simultaneously. A pleasant enough spot to eat.
