We stopped by this location because someone had explained that they had another kind of bibingka also to try it. Their Royal Bibingka was prepared to buy and packaged in a lovely box of 12 pieces. I preserved them to consume when wearrived back in La Union. 4 hours afterwards, I opened the container and tasted something therefore familiar if you ask me. It was excellent. My mother has been causeing this to be version of bibingka most of my life! I usually wondered why the bibingka a single buys in the Filipino shops or restaurants were unique of the main one I knew. I've my mom's recipe and also have made it many times, but "it isn't like Lola's".

Not really your ordinary bibingka....among the best..freshly baked and ready for remove. Dont skip this out when in Vigan.

I’ve always wished to attempt Vigan bibingka therefore i bought a small package from Tongson’s to test ..... I was not dissatisfied! Their bibingka was gentle and delicate, with the ideal amount of sweetness. Obviously, I returned and purchased 2boxes to collect. This can be a must attempt when in Vigan, but a phrase of caution.... you can’t consume just one.

Tucked across the historic Crisologo road, it isn't a restaurant, but a lot more of a remove counter. Furthermore within the establishment , they're selling different type of food items not really coping with the Bibingka rice cake. Liked the bibingka, didn't get photossince food simply just ran out. But absolutely nothing fancy stuff here. A lot more of a subjective comment .
