Im glad they accept reservations but also for only 15mins. We came earlier therefore the table had not been yet fixed however the waitress is fast in setting it for all of us. Place is full even on a thurs night and customers come and go. Just dont expecttoo much on the ambiance its as an ordinary cafeteria with japanese touch. Food is fantastic but prices will be the best. We (5) ordered a whole lot and paid just a little under 2,500pesos. I really like the salmon sashimi and the grilled salmon they're very fresh. Ebi tempura can be good and crispy nonetheless it came in last so we're almost overeating (we took it home and it's really still good the next morning just heated on the toaster). Gyoza is too cheap for 90pesos six pcs. Vege filling but tasty. Chicken skin on skewers super good! We also had makis, soup, croquettes, beer to provide u a concept of how cheap the purchase price is. We'd definitely come back!

Indeed it really is! Japanese food at a realistic price! Order their sukiyaki! It will not disappoint. And demand reservations. This place is definitely packed!

Once you see this place, it might seem: Is this a really restaurant? From the outside, it might seem that is some old, moldy smelling place. It has very easy interiors, nothing fancy. You might smell some traces of tobacco smoke, as this placeused to permit smoking inside. In the first days you'll catch several Japanese businessmen or tourists grouped together in 2 big tables drinking the night time away and smoking their lungs out. Because the implementation of the town ordinance that prohibits smoking inside enclosed, air conditioned establishments, smoking inside this restaurant is not any longer allowed. Before, it had been believed that place is exclusive to Japanese businessmen stationed within Manila since we only see Japanese come and go out of this restaurant. We later discovered that it is available to everyone. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and accommodating. Their food is easy, but great! Affordable and the taste can be like what you would find in Japan. The area is small, also it will get really busy, therefore i indicate you come early. You must come and check it out for yourself.

Being a traveler, I am to numerous restaurants claiming to be authentic Japanese, and i could tell i've lived there for quite some time but this restaurant gets the best japanese food i've tried in the Philippines, Dont be deceived by the way the place looks likeits very little with regards to Ambiance however the food would be to die for!
