The meals was good. We had been only in a position to have dinner as soon as. We purchased ala carte. Unlike another locations where we dined, meals was served rapidly. Their food is fairly pricey. But this resto will be in the 4 star hotel. Therefore, this is anticipated. But their food is quite tasty. For our supper, we loved their Bistek with lemon, binusog na pusit, lechon kawali pinakbet and escabecheng lapu-lapu. Delicious. Noisy, noisy , noisy. Plenty of Asians meals but very little option for Europeans. Weak espresso and under prepared pancakes. Can order eggs however they take the while ahead. Need to look for salt and pepper. Breads is quite poor quality and contains notaste. Large line at the toaster. Costly and not a nice atmosphere. Avoid, even though you remain there and just like a continental or western design morning breakfast. Good for rice or even more rice or noodles.

Ordered the infant back ribs for supper. It had been actually pork spine. Granted there is some meats but, I felt quite deceived by the explanation on the menus. I raised my complaint with the personnel. They wanted to let me speak to the chef,in no way happened. Ok, so you smudged, fess around the mistake guys, I'd have been happy easily could have simply talked to the make and said "please dont permit this happen again". Side note, this price myself 1,300 pesos, that is a comparable cost as in america. The only real resto in coron that serves awesome Filipino Buffet! Staff also were excellent! Will comeback. 😊
