Good: we have been immediately seated; our purchase was delivered within a quarter-hour; the staff was mindful of our requests. Needs improvement: the standard (other choice is spicy) lechon they serve to people is not fresh, your skin will be soggy and the meats is definitely nottender; the rice will be cold already

Had dinner as of this restaurant upon February 21, 2020. Meals was very good however the encounter has been severely compromised by my observation of 5 servers and something cook using and causing the customer’s washroom without cleaning their fingers at the only real sink simply outside thewashroom. One the prepare washed his fingers but regrettably place them both underneath his armpits while communicating with the servers congregating at the washroom entry, it had been disgusting to discover 4 servers not really washing their fingers at all after leaving behind the washroom and something server just wetting his fingers and combing his hair using them. Good foods but high panic during dinner due to sanitary practices of most staff. Won't eat as of this restaurant again,

it had been almost 2 within the afternoon and there have been just a few customers who have been dining. maybe it had been the afternoon temperature that was making the area warmer than typical. or simply there was only 1 out from the three flooring mounted airconditioning unitsthat has been turned on. it had been humid inside. physical distancing was noticed. we purchased the rice platter, spicy lechon, calamares, pinakbet and monggo. from the 4 viands, it had been in fact the latter that stood out there. it had been served steaming popular, as requested. the lechon epidermis had been disappointingly salty & soggy as the meats was bland with an excessive amount of fats. i sensed the "umay" on the 3rd bite. i think i won't become tasting lechon again for at the very least another year.
