Because the name of the area connotes, that is "cheap" ramen (thus MURAmen), so usually do not epect something extravagantly good. Not something very great. It really is something that is wonderful for the money you purchase - though you can find other affordableramen restaurants offering much better taste for exactly the same value. For a night time, quick ramen fix, that is okay - much better than the road ramen that appears to be popping up on almost every other corner.
