Whiole I was inside Dipolog We ate once from Mooon Cafe. It is a little bit out of city. But, I has been curious to notice if the main one in Dipolog had been the same as the people in other metropolitan areas, since Mooon Cafe is really a chain/franchise. Thebottom line is definitely that it's more or less exactly the same: overcooked and over-seasoned meals, but big portions at low costs and a happy environment. Probably this Mooon Cafe within Dipolog isn't doing well, because it has started to possess fashion (sleepwear) shows, usually the tag of desperation within a cafe that cannot ensure it is on food, service, environment and prices. The meals here is much less great as at Tonino's, but I gave it an increased rating because of its environment and cheaper prices, therefore better value.

Mex food ought to be hot & spicy for me. Our meals there the other day had no chilli rather than much other seasoning... Outcome was an extremely dull bowl of poultry stew. Highly unexciting. Not really worth bothering with.

I visited this location after many remarks about it being truly a good Mexican cafe. We finally went and we're dissatisfied to see it is not just a Mexican restaurant. Virtually all the meals was typically Pinoy designs. They had some things like tostadas andnachos, that is really not really Mexican food, similar to Tex-Mex foods. I did appreciate my steak though. I'm a Mexican so trust me I understand what Mexican meals is. I will suggest this restaurant stop contacting itself a Mexican foods restaurant and you need to be a cross because they are. I do enjoy the meals though and the support was great and timely. I assume I shouldn't anticipate Mexican foods in Dipolog, lol, I will know better. It is a nice eating place and would visit once again though.
