i am fortunate to observe how MER-BEN grew from the simple carinderia to right now the tourist destination 24 hrs Open up. i just like how they preserve their way of cooking food BULALO & their selection of beef at an inexpensive cost. i've attempted neighboring bulalorestos but nobody arrives near MER-BEN walang daya sa high quality ng BEEF na makakain mo at an inexpensive cost yun lang you should eat it quick because they dont location yung flame sa ilalim to help keep it warm at hindi magsebo. strongly suggested to family, close friends & strangers...why strangers kasi whenever we hear people likely to tagaytay & asking masarap na bulaluhan, i butt inside hahaha kakahiya nonetheless it helps kesa masayang money nila sa walang kwentang bulalo madami dyan...best for DINE IN or OUT

View and foods were worth 1:30 hour travel on Sunday from Manila to Tagaytay. Crispy Tawilis,Exclusive Crispy Pata and Mango fruit juice were amazing. I don't consume beef so not just a possibility for me to use the famous Bulalo. 11th of January, at around 4pm we attained Mer Bens to consume a lunch dinner, supposedly. Therefore we happily search for a table and something of the crew required our order. As regular setting does we need to wait for several mins as itneeds to become cooked. 45mins possess passed therefore i have asked among the crew to check out up the demand as qe are experiencing late lunch time and im hell starving. She said she'll come back and check out. When she returned to your surprise the meal had not been prepared however coz the order had not been properly placed in your kitchen. The one who got the purchase left home and perhaps in a rush and didnt endorse the purchase. I has been upset as me and my children is indeed hungry waiting. Plus they said only today they'll cook and we had a need to await another minutes again because they will undoubtedly be cooking it beginning just now. I calmy require a manager to talk with i had been calm. No manager really wants to speak can't be found until among the employees pointed out one individual shes the one I could consult with. Whats frustrating even more will be they dont learn how to handle problems. She was informing me "bigyan ko nalang po kayo libreng sabaw". Aanhin ko ang libreng sabaw? And maybe you can even teach yourself as a supervisor. As you didn't apologize, you didn't emphatize, you didn't listen, no correct actions was used and you simply left one customer very unhappy and words of mouth area is an extremely powerful device for u to reduce customer... very bad provider.. There's lots of competitors in Tagaytay and you also have why don't we down completely crossed out to never go back rather than to suggest at all.. and can tell everyone how lousy service you present to all or any my friends and households.. so they can furthermore spread it out.

Their food is somewhat good-tasting. After all, bulalo will be bulalo. I felt enjoy it lacked vegetables just like the additional bulalo-serving restaurants in your community. THAT IS an ok plce for large group because they really have a significant collection of local food like Tapa, bulalo, Sisig and a little on the budget Part. They got a primary hall plus some outside seated (nipa hut Style). As well noisy and crowded.The meals Is ok nevertheless, you can get exactly the same taste from Filipino restaurants in Metro Manila no need to Generate to Tagaytay. I believe Josephine’s tastes better and the atmosphere Is way better as well.

I remember when myself and my wife initial travelled tagaytay on the motorcycle, finding a spot to eat puzzled me personally. But when we notice the place it is strictly what we needed, easy but with the majestic see of taal lake. Waiters has been pleasant andvery helpful, our foods was delivered after 15 mins. I especially like bulalo, the real flavor of it eases my food cravings , unlike some resto which preferences like nilagang baka. STRONGLY SUGGESTED

Merben is our head to resto everytime my children and friends will head to Tagaytay. I'll always refer my close friends to consume there as their Bulalo is usually nice. However, we'd a disappointing encounter yesterday making use of their staff. My children members are tall,6 ft 2 may be the tallest and shortest will be 5ft 4. We have been a family group of eight people whenever we proceeded to go there yesterday. I've asked among the staff if we are able to just select a hut or desk to consume and she had provided us a chance signal. So we've chosen a large hut that may accommodate most of us. But the personnel informed us that the hut has been designed for 12 people therefore she had been forcing us to occupy a hut that i believe was designed for 4 individuals. Imagine a little hut with a sq . foot desk. We purchased quite a lot once we were starving. The table cannot even support 8 plates, what more the meals that people have ordered. Therefore we explained that people cant match and its own very obvious actually but she wont pay attention. She nevertheless insisted that the hut we'd desire to sit in are usually for 10 people. Sigh. Just as much as we like consuming there, Merben is currently deleted from our listing. And i'll definitely tell my buddies about this experience.
