The ground area is small compare to other branch. It is also difficult to acquire a parking room in this branch. Staffs had been helpful and friendly quite often.

Service slow, area too small for eating, parking area not safe and sound, drive thru slow program, area not clean...meals ok. But have to changed their handling the restaurant.

I'd give this McDonald's branch a five-star for place and friendliness of personnel but only 3-star for foods options, queue period and chair availability. Our band of 5 waited some half an hour to get seats and purchase at the counter and then betold they are sold-out on chicken for your day (at just just a little over 6pm). We finished up ordering another thing and later likely to McDonald's Olivarez branch get thru since our expertise at the Tagaytay-Calamba branch still left us more starving from waiting around and sorely disappointed.

It has the majority of the typical items you'll find in an easy food invest the Philippines. Rice, fried chicken. One product I hope that's in the us and will look for, and the menus says that it's a fresh product had been theBanana Pie. I like the Banana Pie. Some inside our team tried it when i said how great it was plus they enjoyed it to. Therefore Mc Donalds, whether it's not in the us bring it on!!

Just another McDonalds, longer queues, long await food, crowded, several seats, filthy. Had to go outdoors and upstairs for a chair, clearly no employee had been to get rid of for a while. Only reliable thing was the meals.

Staff need retraining so when usual globally fries were cold, cafe was fairly clean relaxation of food okay made good coffee.

Happy they McDonalds new provision inside Tagaytay Mall closed with 6pm . We purchased in McDo nevertheless ope, we purchased the reliable chicken food and hamburger. Needlessly to say same familiar taste.
