My first knowledge with Max's was inside 1965 inside Manila. It was the area to go in those days and I keep in mind, my children and I proceeded to go there for my Prep graduation. Our visit this time around can be with family, my wife's. I and myniece had Spring Poultry. My brother in legislation had Tofu. My partner had halo-halo. The display of my order really was plain--just half a poultry and a scoop of rice. It wasn't at all appetizing, and the flavor was so-so. The area was nicely decorated but a few young girls were playing around unsupervised plus they were noisy and rambunctious. These were frustrating my sister-in-regulation. We requested our waiter to consult with the manager however the manager didn't do anything. We experienced through the sound the entire meal.

To begin with, the services was average at very best. The older worker had a generally bad attitude despite my tries to utilize them over some high quality issues. The food was the offer killer. The beef bulalo had been served with what appeared to beuncooked beef. It had been very hard and inedible. The soup bottom had no real correct mixture of flavor other after that salt. A significant amount of salt. It didn't have the entire complement of veggies you usually see in Bulalo. We also had the fifty percent spring chicken. It had been abnormally small. It had been crispy but had even more of a salt taste than a proper mixture of spices. The meats was totally dry. This is my worst Max experience out of eight different restaurants over twelve visits.

When I ordered a normal chicken within Max's Dona Soledad, Much better Living, Paranaque, they gave me a chick. When I inquired this was the standard poultry, they insisted that it had been. Here, they provided me a genuine regular chicken. The meals tasted good also.
