If you are a transit guest only passing through Ormoc to access someplace else in Leyte, you can drop by here for an instant bite to consume. Quick service & available if you are arriving by boat. The employees was helpful plenty of when our team askedfor some points, but i believe it's pretty very much like most junk food places, nothing too unique.

We've ate at Mang Insal in a number of locations, that one was our best encounter so far. The meals is good not excellent but for the purchase price you can't defeat it. It was just a little sluggish but this is the norm in the Philippines, whichis alright for me.
