Luna Tapas is among three dining places at Costabella Tropical Seaside Holiday resort on Mactan Island. It opens from 6 pm until later, with the majority of the crowd approaching late to consume tapas, drink, play swimming pool or darts, or view 1 of 2 large smooth screentelevisions tuned to sports activities stations. We ordered the Pizza Chorizo Aceitunas Negros (chorizo and dark olives with mozzarella and manchego cheese) and the Callos the una Madrielena (oxtail and journey inside rich tomato sauce) with was served with the crispy bread roll. With a jug of Sangria (burgandy or merlot wine, brandy, juice, and an array of chopped fruit) it had been an extremely satisfying but fairly light dinner. Service has been friendly and quick.
