this review is for his or her branch in cherry supermarket antipolo. I understand that place is new however they have this type of dismal way of displaying their newness. Their staffs appears so confused within their services, usually they drop some points duringtheir service. We need to wait for a lot more than 45 mins for the foods to be served. The majority of the staffs are employing their cellphones while helping. Even the expenses is provided 20 mins from enough time I asked for this. And taking into consideration the place isn't full. The meals is good however the service is quite poor...

The halo-halo and the pansit will be the only saving grace for just two 2 Kuya J branches I have already been up to now. This branch and Cubao-SM showcases customer support without enthusiasm and commitment at all.

Our family went for a lunch time out and we tried Kuya J's eating place. The staff are usually accommodating and the area was clean aswell. They're offering Filipino meals at reasonable costs. The meals tastes good specifically their edition of Beef Sinigang and Kare-Kare.

My children and me made a decision to try to eat in this location and honestly it had been pretty disappointing. We had been famished to the stage to be ravenous actually, the employees seated us and the waiter offered us the menu. The area was fairly inviting andspacious. We ordered immediately with appetizers and meals and beverages. The drinks had been refreshing but what pisses me off will be that we had to hold back for the appetizers for nearly an hour, we continuously adopted up the orders and due to high expectations we considered to ourselves this much better be tasty. The appetizers and the primary course came simultaneously and the meals was cold currently. If we weren't starving we won't end it because it is disgusting, I've tasted much better cafeteria meals than this. We were deceived by the amount of people feeding on there but realizing it's lunchtime it was normal for a number of people to eat still at unworthy restaurants like this. I'd provide a for work for the personnel but asides that nope not really returning. It's traumatizing. The tip: Don't judge a cafe by the industrial and the amount of people eating there. :)

MY HUBBY asked me to use Kuya J resto at SM Marikina branch. Whenever we arrives, there were currently 3 waiting around gruup before our que. One of the food items we orders has been the Grilled tuna,, when we’re going to eat this, this has an itchyfeeling, therefore i asked for the supervisor. Told him about any of it , but instead of providing us or change that, he just stated ”galing po sa commissary nmin yan”. I QUICKLY asked “therefore D sya fresh?”, this individual replies “sabihin ko nlng”. And take notice “Suplado sya”. Thier manager not sure if thier products, I Didnt argue instead asked for the bill. Bec. Of that we shall not Get back to this resto and also told my children amd frienss.

Won't eat again in virtually any of their branches. We'd a so so encounter at their branch in SM Southmall the final period and thought we may give it another attempt. The pritong lumpia actually is lumpiang shanghai. It had been crunchy onthe outside and juicy inside, fruit juice that tasted like aged oil. Next arrives the sigsig that appears like cornbeef put on a sizzling plate. The only real redeeming food may be the tortang talong which incidentally is kinda dried out. Proceeded to go there for lunch time last May in sm cubao with the household we order roast poultry,crispy pata,kare-kare,insilada talong,halo-halo. Crispy pata has been the very best kare kare had been good but too much less for the purchase price chicken was okay,the talong insilada will be as well pricey for the part thehalo halo is exclusive. The area was nice cold,clear,relaxing ambiance.

The norm for the family is there’s always a popular meal that we want to order inside our favorite restaurants. This doesn’t appear to make an application for Kuya J’s. Exactly because every single point that we’ve tried up to now was above typical. We were plenty happy.All of us concur that we always keep Kuya J satisfied and getting excited about come back. For their halo-halo, well known is still Razon’s.

We made a decision to have lunch time at Kuya J’s SM Marikina We were several 14. We purchased their popular Crispy Pata & Kare Kare. But to your dismay their Kare Kare had not been available. Then we purchased their bulalo to displace the Kate Kareonly to find out it was unavailable too. We simply settled for Cristy Pata heir & sisig. After that for dessert we purchased their well-known halo halo and then be told initially it was unavailable as well. We were all really frustrated with the solutions we obtained from the waiters. What type of cafe is usually Kuya J where their food they are well-known for are not obtainable? Because we were currently restless one waiter, Jomari stated they will function the halo halo in a minute. They just acquired to freeze & harden their ice milk. I known as the supervisor Mr Marvin Cortes to obtain his interest regarding this issue. All he said has been “ sorry mam pasensya na po”. I requested him if he understood if there is a problem concerning the share of the eating place & all he said had been since final Fridsy I documented it. It’s already Mon & he didn’t follow-up on his stock Issue? I individually think he could be not worthy to become a restaurant supervisor because he doesn’t understand the issue of the store. Actually our halo halo required such a long time to be serve since they don’t have share of halo halo cup bowls. Out from the 14 we purchased 2 were function in remove plastic glasses. Just what a disappointment. In no way will we actually eat as of this place again. Very poor experience!
