Last January 3, 2014 was our 5th period eating at this cafe. We had been celebrating my daughter's 21st b-day. Previous eating experience, I'd say Average-Very Great..but that transformed to Terrible because of our encounter that day. It took probably 10-15 secs when I enteredthe doorway that somebody acknowledged me, and that has been b'coz I called their interest. To believe there was only 1 other table which has people on it. First, I pointed out that a lot of the staff in those days were most OJTs. One regular personnel ( I presumed new), have no idea how exactly to clarify my preliminary order that was 4 orders of sharksfin siomai. When my appetizer emerged in there had been 4 orders of Sharksfin...okay...but there have been other 4 orders of pork siomai, i believe. I mentioned...why?...he answered because I stated Sharksfin siomai, he noted 2 different orders. Properly in fact..in my own previous appointments I said a similar thing...but there have been no problems. He more said...I will have said Sharksfin dumplings just rather than pork siomai...but he didn't clarify that with me personally. Second, when 1 OJT was helping our food...he appears to be just a little nervous...he was clumsy...drop something on to the floor then poured catsup upon my niece's dress!....We didn't hear anything from the supervisor...actually, it took him time and energy to method and apologize...it had been among the other OJT who found help him. Chat of supervisory skills. Should they were to employ OJTs, they must be keenly supervised by a minumum of one regular employees while serving or using orders. The majority of the personnel were just talking round the front desk...not really asking us if we are in need of something else as well as entertaining us...since we were th elargest team in those days plus a handful of tables with two or three 3 persons inside them. i will not enter again this eating place if I see plenty of OJTs rather than regular staff.

We ate here yesterday. We have been eating right here for quite a long time and our overall knowledge is definitely fine. We like the Pata tim and their Hap Chan fried poultry is good. Considering that there have been simply 4-5 tables occupied yesterday, the servers werea small less attentive. One last thing, is it possible to please wipe your menus or even something? We were searching your menu and pointed out that it is slippery.

Staff are courteous however, not responsive. We had been served spoiled foods from steamed chicken foot, hot pot had virtually all veggies not really that clean looking and incomplete elements. An excessive amount of msg. Ambience is appropriate. Prices are simply right.
