Among my favourite filipino food items is deniguan that is basically poultry livers with mild spices and the gravy served with rice and chillis. I noticed it promoted on a panel outside so went directly into order. A lot of people were heading in to get cakesand loaf of bread but there were numerous people consuming at tables. The area is clean and lighting and getting my dinner I sat right down to eat. However it turned out precooked after that microwaved and had not been propely hot again. Fortunately the rice was sizzling so blended it with the deniguan to modify and get a frequent heat and flavour. Regrettably it had been nowhere near as good as the same food Ive had at small roadside stalls in Kananga, Leyte therefore i was disappointed. Fortunately the chilli lifted it a little. I wont be heading back
