We are going to the 100 islands and before our vacation needed some breakfast. Found Celia‘s just a little off the beaten monitor but really worth the visit. Nice menu and top quality food. We'd scrambled egg and a complete American breakfast which fulfilled our anticipations.Great coffee too in addition good WiFi. Wirth a visit!

We went there with the household (5 in every) for 'Breakfast' that they offer several options. I purchased an 'English', others had different styles and we furthermore had their 'special' beverages. Place is clear and cozy. Staff's hospitable and knowledgeable. But the food. Superb flavors. Generous portions. Those for prices much lower than "seafood-resto-grill" around city. We happily drove back again maybe once or twice to Celia's for one hour for meals and itwas worthwhile every single time. Wish they might accept credit card the next time. In any other case it's worth an end before going to Bolinao.
