I really like the lumpia, the dinuguan and puto, the pochero, and let's simply say everything in the menu? Although quite a different selection, food is an excellent mixture of Filipino, Chinese, Italian, and American. Properly selected that you'll love to try all of them. Cecil'sCafe is a cafe that kept myself craving for Lumpiang Sariwa everytime we traveling back again to Manila from Tagaytay Town. A significant good location since it is from the occupied Silang and is situated right before the robust Sta. Rosa "Nuvali" area. Interiors are filled with homey products-- from paintings on the wall space to plants outside the doors.

Quaint store which includes plenty of mementos. Could sit 8-10 people comfortably. Lumpia was tasting similar to of Ubod and coriander and I actually question where did all of the vegetables move? The wrap comes with an eggy flavor and texture versus the Shanghai wrap that I'm usedto but I love sauce dispenser. I ended up buying caldereta and rice that i preferred.

Got interested in this place when i saw several friends posts within FB. The meals didn't disappoint. Got their specialized lumpia, puto't dinuguan and veggie lasagna. I'd provide all three a rating ranging 4-5. Furthermore had a cup of hot cappucino and thecoffee is nice as well. The only caveat may be the pricing is really a bit in the high range in comparison to cafes in the Paseo de Santa Rosa and Solenad areas. I will not complain though because the quality of the meals is good. I won't forget about the fact though a serving of basic rice is sooooo expensive. At 60 php per portion (small to medium glass), I will suggest that rice gets contained in the menu checklist so that rice individuals like me do not get surprised once it is time to purchase the bill. I'd recommend this location though specifically for those that already tried nearly every food place in the Paseo, Vista Mall and Nuvali areas

That is my second time here. The initial had been with a dear buddy who in fact introduced the area to me. Fell deeply in love with their Lumpia, like I could eat it everyday. Therefore nowadays, I brought my hubby for a romantic date and he appreciated thesmall but cozy location and the meals. I hope they are able to keep up with the affordability of the costs of these food selection because currently, it's just so difficult to locate a perfect place such as this where great flavor can be loved without breaking ur spending budget. Will undoubtedly be coming back to use other foods in the menu..

If you are old enough to keep in mind Green Outdoor in Greenhills, you have to drive completely to Sta Rosa to consume at Cecil's. The dog owner may be the daughter in regulation of the former proprietors of Green Outdoor and contains inherited the recipe for possiblyone of the greatest fresh lumpia ever. We cannot imagine how she markets it at P70 each. Pair this having an purchase of meltingly great pork tummy encased in cuapao buns and you also have a great dinner. If you're on the path to Tagaytay or components beyond, don't skip Cecil's! PS The brazo de mercedes can be very good!
