Must improve ASAP! To begin with, the ambience (interiors) are verrrry fine and cozy. Kudos with their geometric light fixtures! Location is central getting directly while watching provincial capitol. Their pride: Best coffee around Must proven yet. Hehhehe Food choice issmall and interesting (pesto pork is really a winner). The carrot cake was the wettest ever....thus no. No brewed however and wifi is wonderful for 2 hours. Additional cakes and pastries are occasionally available, sometimes not. The crew needs immediate training: whats on the menus + customer service. But as stated, the potential will there be.

What at first struck me when i very first entered this charming coffee house opposite the imposing however splendid and strikingly beautiful Zamboanga del Norte Regional Capitol Building (which, incidentally puts the united states White House to shame), is that it's certainly a coffee housein part of the world never known for coffee houses. Cafe Nicasio will be much more in the home in Paris, Vienna, NY, or London, which I have resided in, and the espresso houses of which I'm boringly familar with, instead of in a provincial funds in Asia. The atmosphere is decidedly European, the decoration tasteful, and the backdrop songs soft and romantic. However, the menu is innovative and perhaps special, whereas Nicasio's European counterparts present in stark contrast instead dull fare mainly because Europeans place an focus on conforming to a collection norm instead of "thinking beyond your box". The thing is that European espresso houses have grown to be an institution, instead like European governments, and for that reason have become occur their ways, instead like elderly people of Parliament: pale, stale, and male.
