Poor quality service. Bad training employees. The waiters aren't well train to support diners. Food are costly and the servings have become small for a higher price. The positioning maybe is inviting however your mood will undoubtedly be ruined with how they deal with your orders.Not really recommended at just about all. 1. Upon getting into, we noticed immediately that their staffs aren't trained properly. No asisstance provided upon entering. Menu had not been provided immediately. Utensils have Sebo build-up. 2. When our meals arrived, they offered it at the incorrect desk. The guest inthat desk aren't wearing masks and speaking which is really unsanitary given there exists a Pandemic/Covid. 3. Their sisig tasted funny. I believe the pork they offered is blended with OLD share pork. The bulalo tasted great. 4. Poor services - condiments not really given upon foods serving. We ordered water in bottles plus they gave us hot water and didn't even offer/serve cup with ice. Last but not minimal, among the staff pretended never to see myself when We tried to obtain their attention. We proceeded to go there around 8 AM and you can find not much customers. We tried Bulalo Funds for the very first time, we are at dinner period. Had a higher expectation out of this resto due to the hype and the incredible sights, but we were dissatisfied about the poor customer support of the complete staff. Do not get mewrong, the positioning and ambiance are perfect but the method they perform the business enterprise beats that. Parang lutang yung mga dtaffs nila hindi well-educated, kulang-kulang mag assist to the stage na ilang bes mo want mag follow-up. Walang heater yung Bulalo nila therefore 5mins pa lang malamig na yung sabaw. We even ordered extra rice platter pero hnd nila pinansin, walang dumating na rice therefore we billed out na lang at pina take-out ang foods. They even charge support fee. eh ang pangit naman ng service?? 2/10 so easier to choose a diff. Bulalohan na lang.

NOT COMING BACK AGAIN. We went right here final July 09 around 1:30pm and there have been 9 folks. We reserved ourselves with the attendant on the entry and also asked our contact number to contact us if you find available desk. After waiting for30mins we returned and there is no table after that we waited again around an hour however when I returned to the entry the attendant had been gone and there have been walk-ins catered where was the woman in control for reservations that actually asked our contact number to contact? she's gone. i quickly inquired the waiter if you can find any available tables he then gave us enjoy it didn't cost one minute for us to prepare yourself on a desk. So it is like we've waited nearly 1 hour . 5 to be exact after that end up being catered like no reservations for one minute. Worst service actually! Not just that but also whenever we purchased their combo for approximately 3.5k php for such as we waited 45minutes and several follow-ups they didn't sometimes said the sisig had not been available while we had been ordering so when all our foods had been served that was enough time they mentioned it wasn't accessible and we chose additional options such as lechon kawali that was very dried out and already chilly. Bulalo got no heater (cold in several mins) 3. Utensils had been socheap/bendable (mas matibay pa yung sa lugawan) 4. Handful of glasses were served dirty 5. We offered our own bulalo inside our own bowls even though there is 10% service charge 6. No SERVICE Drinking water (they were also proud na may consumer daw ba sumakit ang tiyan dahil dyan) 7. Supposed to purchase ICED TEA pero yung drinking water na ginagamit nila will be yung Program WATER din nila, therefore ano pinagkaiba nun sa assistance drinking water na walang iced tea? 8. They were cleaning another desk behind us (pati kami inabot ng spray for washing) 9. There were operating without Supervisor kasi daw naka Time OFF therefore wala akong makausap to complain. 10. They were food preparation without NOSE AND MOUTH MASK (they will have an open cooking area) among others staffs nakababa na ang nose and mouth mask pagdating nila ng counter. 11. I tried trying thru their FB web page but afte4 they study my complain thru messenger they BLOCKED me therefore ill increase my complain thru the tagaytay LGU. 10% service charge that was really useless. Id instead leave a good tip if im content with the service.
