Food is excellent! We were simply walking across the street and buying place to have supper after dropping our hand bags off in our resort (Ciudad Fernandina) whenever a waiter waved at us and welcomed us. These were friendly and accommodating.. I love theplace!

Worth it! A very tasty foods. Bonding with friends which place certainly filled our starving tummies. Servings are best for two. Crispy dinuguan, Personally, i recommend it! yumyum.

Awesome high quality of food. Awesome high quality of service. In addition they offered desserts that was so awesome. We visited this location more often than once during our visit to Vigan. Just trigger it had much better everything. Their facilities, their crew, their food. Definitely coming back right here whenwe visit Vigan once again!

I really like pinakbet but We haven't tried bagnet at this time. Saw this place whenever we are searching for a spot to eat. We obtained lost and we discovered Bistro 23. Their pinakbet tastes excellent and bagnet is merely perfect! I would recommend this spot to everyonewho desires to try real Ilocano food!

The hardest choice when I'm with my friends is determining where you can eat. Haha.. Last week was weekly filled with food trip! Among the restaurant we contained in our list may be the Bistro23. The atmosphere is merely okay they will have a anexcellent wifi signal. They provide ilocano food also plus they offer you liquors and beers. Their meals was excellently tasty. Their staff have become attentive and accommodating. They will have acoustic band here furthermore. Must try :) We shall definitely include this Cafe to your List next time.

I had high hopes with this particular resto for this has beautiful outside and home design. Really great spot to go out but I'm on the fence in recommending this location. We purchased the Pinakbet and I has been content with it but my some other purchase theBeef Salpicao is merely nasty. It had been chewy and natural. We returned it to allow them to place it in a microwave or gradual cooker however the staff seems unacquainted with how to proceed with it. I'm assuming they don't really get a large amount of complaints so that they didn't understand what to accomplish...apologies were not even yet in order. Anyway I'd keep coming back for beers but I'm not heading back to dine...utterly disappointed with this particular one.

If you are going here for supper the road might seem abit creepy nonetheless it wont believe that way once you're inside. The servings are usually small (best for about 1-2 persons) but taste excellent. I would recommend the Vigan Show not to mention the Bagnet. Ienjoy the atmosphere inside and I recommend this eating place. The wifi is great as well.

My gf & i was on a tricycle via hidden garden when We saw the "bistro23" sign. Therefore we obtained off the trike to understand why this location had been on my save-list. It had been close to sundown therefore i thought it'd be hectic there,nonetheless it wasn't. Actually we has been the only person there. The area didn't smell of foods so I purchased 2 beers and a margarita. By enough time the margarita emerged I was completed w/the beers--they were good and cool. I ordered a different one, however the 3rd one had been warm. Why even function it. Payed the tab and remaining.
