My review is really a bit biased because my main take-away is definitely that there have been some flies as the restaurant comes with an open-air concept. More, I am not just a fan of having to remove sneakers and squatting or seated on to the floor when eating...which brings meto a sub-point.... I was so thrilled to consume in this resto considering it is Italian, much like Mamalou's several meters later on... but its atmosphere got me confused since it seems to become wanting to be Balinese aswell. I get that it is an old house converted into a restaurant, plus they wished to preserve the wood floors (hence the necessity to remove one's sneakers), but please decide in order to end up being Italian or Balinese. I am aware fusion but that one is merely plain confusion. The food partly composed for the aforementioned inconveniences. We purchased bruschetta, margarita pizza (wood-fired), pesto and carbonara pasta (both excellent), and for dessert, we obtained some fruit, sherbet and a slice of chocolate cake. Food-wise, I'd state it's two thumbs up. Would I return back? I believe not. I nevertheless prefer air-conditioned seating on an effective table. Altrove has tables and chair but my companions who obtained there before me find the floor-sitting "environment" with everybody attempting to hide their discomfort. Yeah, not the restaurant's fault...but that is my honest opinion. .

If there is whatever will probably be worth mentioning is that the location differs. It felt similar to a spa or vacation resort with the wood furnishings and antique (however, not Italian) type of atmosphere with subdued (translated: darkish) lights. Oh yes, the pizza which wasthe cause we went in any case. For us, it had been just as well oily for the tastes. So it is based if you are even more into this sort of execution.

They got a buy 1 take one promo every Mondays and tuesdays so we could actually have 2 different flavors of pizzas (one with arugula and truffles, another with Hungarian sausage) both excellent, Italian style, very little cheese, perfectly cooked dough. Aftermain course, we'd coffee (illy) but I'm not just a fan of the consistency of these panna cotta. Furthermore tried the pasta with sundries tomatoes and shrimp and I like it, seasoned perfectly. The area is big aswell having an outdoor section with floor sitting. Went dinner time plus they got the pianist to create the mood for an enchanting or chill dining encounter.
