Waiter is quite polite although this individual did'nt inform people the our basic breaskfast order will need "1 . 5 hours" and through the pandemic which kids are not permitted to move outside1 they allow a family group of 8 (4 kids below 8) to dinein.

My friends and We visited the eating place yesterday for breakfast. 1. The songs was so noisy considering it’s still early morning. 2. Staff’s aren't attentive when using orders. We'd to repeat three times for the orders to be studied but still the waiter (Barbie)skipped 1 of our orders. 3. RUDE waiter (Terence Hernando)! My pal inquired politely if we are able to follow up our purchase. He responded angrily “Di po kame nagiinit ng pagkain, niluluto po iyon!”. We had been puzzled of his reaction. Like the hell, we realize our orders are increasingly being prepared and we didn’t even issue on what it’s being ready, we would like to make a follow-up since you can find only few clients at the cafe and it’s difficult for this to take that longer. We kinda reduction our appetite for this reason incident. 4. We requested the waiter never to place the purchase that was missed yet they still ready and tried to offered it. Positive thing they did not consist of it on our costs since we didn't accept it. 5. We tried to require a manager that people can speak to so we are able to file a complaint however the employees mentioned that the supervisor isn't on duty plus they just possess the supervisor. The Supervisor (Wally) doesn’t actually appear to be a supervisor at all and he’s not listening attentively to your concerns. I questioned for the entire name of supervisor but he couldn’t also say it. We attempted to request if he is able to call the supervisor and said he can’t since he doesn’t have the quantity? I had been stunned! Since it’s impossible never to possess the manager’s number if you are functioning with see your face! He did not actually apologised for what occurred and did not understand how to also respond properly to the customer’s problem. Please teach your staffs not become to rude to your visitors and to respond to politely when being inquired. Give some respect in order to be respected aswell! 7. Breakfast food aren't that great. Coffee isn't even offered when it’s integrated on the purchase so we had to improve it to iced tea. Never once again we’ll visit this restaurant.

We went here because Ogie Diaz recommended it inside his vlog. Foods was mediocre, plenty of flies when you are consuming. The waiter had not been really customer-oriented. The resto requires a lot of improvement. It's an ok spot to attempt but won't return back againexperience.

To begin with, we stopped at the barandilya resto yesterday about 8:30ish evening, and i could rate 4 stars in the ambience and good enough parking area for all those(btw, we're party of 23 adults and 7 kids 8 and below). We loved the traditional/conventional lookof the resto, Restrooms are usually Clear. First catches our interest may be the 2 singers/entertainers that they forgot where and which kind of crowd they will have. "This is simply not a Bar or Concert"! FYI, They must be playing simply mellow or love tracks only! They'll enter your nerves... foods portioning is ok, Following is slow program and cold meals... they should also focus on the flavor dept. Ordered 3 Bulalo (it is possible to drink it direct up/warm only), 3 Large Pancit(not warm/possibly premade), 3 fried chix 2 out of 5, calamares(no flavor at all), mozarella sticks(cold). We need to request the servers to reheat the majority of our foods orders. Lastly, what actually pisses me off will be seeing the majority of their weighty plates and large soup bowls are encircled and mostly are usually chipped. Big no and unacceptable... kindly pls inquire your staff to become more attentive in all the facts and procedure. I don't believe we deserve this following a 3 hrs roadtrip...There nevertheless room for improvement... high quality and consistency may be the key. ⭐⭕⭕⭕⭕

tried achieving you privately, sadly zero feedback back again from you. My son experienced 2nd degree burn, because of poor quality of one's coffee cup and cover up. Yes, my husband may be the one keeping na the mug, naiabot na ng waitress nyo. He could be completelyunaware na Wala Pala kwenta yung espresso cover na really loose Pala. Ang hirap hawakan sa katawan nung glass kasi walang espresso sleeves. Sana binigyan ng caution na Sir maluwag po Yung cover up and sobrang init Lalo na't walang espresso sleeves. Or far better Sana sa espresso mug or mug na lang nilagay kung madali Pala malusaw yung glass and cover.
