Wooden Spoon is another restaurant that brings Filipino cuisines to another level. Their menu is affordable and there’s plenty of food options to enjoy. My favorites would be the Adobong Kangkong with Lechon Kawali Bite and Pechay stuffed with Tinapa (smoked fish).- HANNAHThey serve good and classic Filipino food with a twist. One of my personal favorite here is their Kare Kare because it is rich in peanut sauce. However if you’re looking for oxtail, their Kare Kare is served using beef. Their Adobo Flakes is also a must try, even serving it with a garlic mayo dip. This restaurant is definitely worth a try!- JULIENNE Read full review on our official website: thebigbones.ph@thebigbonesph in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and website

I am always a fan of this resto, Decided to try the Kapitolyo branch. I like the homey ambiance here, the place is kinda far from the busy streets of Kapitolyo. Parking was easy for us that day. Still think they have one of the best pork binagoongan. Serving wise this is not a place for hungry eaters out there.

For once i thought this resto is ok but last night, when we dine in it's far from ok. I ordered beef sinigang that was not really hot and a salty lechon kawali. Maybe they did not pay attention to its quality cause their about to close.

Has always been one of my favorite restaurants. They now have a buffet lunch during weekdays... It would be unwise to pass this up. If you're in the Kapitolyo area, make sure to try this out.

We have been to the Katipunan branch for lunch with a balikbayan friend. It therefore came as a surprise that in comparison, the Kapitolyo branch is more spacious, like three times more, therefore making our dining experience that much more enjoyable. Parking space though is limited especially as I imagine it would be on their regular days. We went there in Black Saturday and we had the place almost to ourselves. The serving staff was very attentive, food was served in a jiffy. I enjoyed everything that we ordered but I was especially drawn to the Beef Sinigang sa Bayabas. Hands down it was the best-tasting sinigang that I have ever tried. So flavorful with a hint to lemongrass that complimented the sweetness of bayabas. Beef pieces were very tender, the veggies fresh and crunchy to the bite. If only for this dish, I would rate WS a 5-star. Rice serving was big; one order of Tinapa rice can easily be shared by three people. Altogether I would come back to WS Kapitolyo though I wish that the airconditioning will be much more efficient and maybe the restaurant will consider taking credit card payments.
