Right after dinner in the hotel's Cucina Cafe, 5 folks visited VU on the 45th for after dinner drinks and relax. Home band inside was great and not overly noisy, outside rooftop area encounter was great. Excellent staff taken care of our needs perfectly.

We were with customers on Dec 13th for cocktails and some beverages, before we headed to supper. We concluded our preparing session and were going right through what was designed to be a straightforward recap. Next, whenever we were already in the bar region, their service personnel were walking backwards and forwards without excusing themselves. I had been briefly taking a photograph of my client's special event, and quickly two of these female staff would go by without any observe and without inquiring to be excused. Even worse, when visitors arrived they brought them to among the high tables which some of our items we temporarily positioned, without any notice, without the courtesy. This is actually the worse outlet in this hotel. While I've already given opinions to the Supervisor, this incident is indeed flawed and untoward that I highly believe it must be recorded right here, as comments and for the awful crew that evening to discover that being occupied or being distracted will not justify bad service.
