Estancia is becoming a website destination with more and more restaurants opening. One of the restaurants that caught my attention was UCC Clockwork which apparently isn’t that new anymore. (I really have to explore the south!) But since I’ve never tried its famous corned beef, I had to visit.Hello, UCC Clockwork! The charming café/restaurant had a warm and cozy vibe; but what really attracted us was the buy one, take one cocktails (a deal they offer on Fridays).Aside from our Lychee Mojito (PHP220), we ordered Mushroom Truffle (PHP150) and Pumpkin Soup (PHP120). We also got Fresh Corned Beef with Kimchi Rice (PHP350), Threesome Breakfast (PHP380) and Clockwork Cookie Cup Screams (PHP190).

Honestly, I did not expect to have a very small drink when I ordered Creme Caramel Cappuccino. But I have a feeling this will be a good drink because UCC.I have this habit of tasting a drink before and after mixing it just to get a feel of it. Before mixing, I liked how creamy the froth was. It's like how mousse is topped on milk tea. The espresso taste was strong, pre-mix. After getting over how tasteful the froth was, I mixed the drink and the espresso taste lightened. It was good coffee but I didn't taste the caramel in it.——I almost forgot how cozy this branch is. While waiting for my next appointment, I opted to stay here and just chill. I wanted to get the same drink I got before (Creme Caramel) but a new thing on the menu caught my eye - Honey Brulee Cappuccino. According to the barista, it’s has the same caramel taste but slightly sweeter than Creme Caramel because they used honey to sweeten it up instead of sugar. I think I‘ll look for this drink if I want to have my usual coffee with a little texture. The torched caramel on top immediately gives you that sweet taste then it gets toned down when you drink the coffee base. This Honey Brulee looks a little pretty also.

Not really a coffee expert but here's my experience. After a dinner date, we went to have coffee so we can talk more.He got Yuan Yuang and I got Morocchino. I didn't realize it would be an espresso, my fault. So I didn't enjoy it. But it was bearable. His coffee was like province coffee that's bland to taste. We also ordered Mango Crepe Samurai. I didn't like the thawed ice cream sauce. But the mangoes they used were the right kind of ripe. The interior was nice but we enjoyed sitting outside. Talking and talking and talking. Service is not impecable. Server said she will be bacl in 5 to get our orders but she never did until we called their attention. It was served in time. They gave out sample product as thank you and to promote, that's a plus. They make the payment secure and asks you to come to the cashier to make a payment by checking debit. They should invest in a wireless terminal. Because they never know if they cpuld be ruining that moment in a date. 😁

I ate the best-selling Brie Chicken Salad and Sangria. This is by-far the best tasting salad I had. The salad sauce is thick and tastes just right that it didn't overpower the combined taste of the green, tomatoes and nuts... very simple yet very tasty. I got lucky at ordering the Brie Chicken Salad with the House Sangria. A perfect dinner combo of lowcarb solids and alcohol. I'll definitely come back for the salad.**Update, I ordered pumpkin soup because a friend told me that it comes served in a bread but they did not serve it in a bread.**

It was a bit hard to get the servers' attention. Food was okay, but a bit too pricey for the taste. Serving size was big though. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, their pancakes, and carbonara - only the pork sandwich really stood out for me. Also had their bulletproof coffee - tasted great! Bit small for the price, but it will really keep you alive and awake when you need the energy.

We all wanted coffee after our lunch so we headed to UCC Clockwork. Nice industial interiors and cozier feels when you get inside. I had Sea Salt Caramel Machiato (P170), standard size. Love the Christmas art on its foam. Not that sweet, just a hint of caramel and stronger coffee taste. For dessert, I share the Green Tea Mousse Cheesecake (P245). I thought its pricey, but this one has the legit matcha taste and cheesecake beneath is surprisingly good. Would definitely bw back here, to try their dishes🍽

Lousy service not commensurate with pricey food. Took long to serve food & it's already cold when I tasted the soup. Not coming back to this place any time soon.

Fluffy pancake and tastes good. No complaints for the beef tapa which I think is a must considering the price. Coffee is good. Anyway, it's UCC.

Good place to hang out with friends while having coffee and snacks. Great ambiance with great service. Price points though are in the high end but great quality food

I liked their food and coffee, they just need more seats and more experienced staff. We got adobo flakes pasta, and angus burger with truffle fries :) both good!!!
