The ambience is lively and the waiters are friendly. The supervisor who obtained our reservation was incredibly friendly on the telephone. I actually tried the "Blacksa" that is said to be the Singaporean lacksa with squid ink. As the waiter said it had been likely to bespicy, it wasn't at all. The cilantro flavor was too overwhelming. Another dishes were alright but nothing outstanding. The salad, for instance, was promising however the peanut sauce lacked the kick I has been expecting. The crispy pata had been alright but again nothing unusual. Maybe your kitchen can examine their method of their dishes.
