Food is pricey but definitely worth it. Anything on the menu can be customized for health conscious crowds (gluten free, sugar free).forgot to take some pics but surely a must rest in manila where you may enjoy a guilt free fresh and unique ambiance and dining experience.

We were looking for a dinner place in Estancia Mall once. I really wasn't sure where I wanted to eat, so it took a few minutes before deciding to dine here.Anyway, initially we chose TWT because of its set-up/interiors. It was garden-y 😁 homey. It was perfect for our selfies. Hehe. So I give it a 5 on the look.We ordered Margarita pizza and Pork Chops. The former was UH-MAZING -- gooey cheese, thin crust (just the way I like it) and healthy. I can finish the whole thing by myself, to be honest. Hehe. The Pork Chops, cut in cubes for sharing, were okay. I've tasted better and tastier pork chops, but I particularly liked the glaze. For the food, I would say it's a 3.5. I guess I'd have to try their other dishes.Lastly, the price is a bit on the high side. Good thing we went there right after payday. LOL. So,!it's a 3 on this aspect.Overall, it's a 3.5-4...okay, 4 for me 😁

My 1st time here and it's worth going back to try the other dishes. We ordered the Chicken Dukkah Salad, Truffle Mushroom Pasta, Arrabiatta, Avocado Toast and Pizza. The pasta's good for 1 serving but as we placed all dishes at the center for sharing, all 5 dishes were more than enough for 5 people.I got to take home the remaining greens and pizza slices too. The place is excellent for conversations as there are no loud background music and the pacing of serving the food is 1-2 at a time at the perfect moment we needed them. No need for follow-ups. It' s a plus that the waiters know their products real well and are very attentive.

Craving for some organic and healthy cuisine, my friends and I decided to try The Wholesome Table. We were given a nice table in the corner where we can see the kitchen activities. The whole restaurant has a forest/nature like theme which suits their menu.We ordered several dishes:1. Farmer's Bowl - found this a bit too salty although the contents were plentiful enough to satiate our group of 5.2. Kale, Ceasar! - good salad choice. I'm used to eating kale and it does have a bitter taste but theirs was a bit uncomfortable to the taste buds. Maybe the kale used is 'matured'?3. Nutty Garlic - best dish we selected especially the roasted garlic. This pasta uses white sauce but isn't saturated like the typical carbonara. I asked for some chili and requests were met.4. Margarita Pizza - nothing outstanding but still a good pizza choice.5. Meatloaf - our choice for the main course. Thick servings with tasty mushroom gravy. However, we found it to be salty which is really overwhelming even with the gravy. The mashed potato is very viscous amd has a nice consistency. Service is good. They keep refilling water. Serving time is ok. I asked if their teas are full leaf but sadly they are in tea bags so I didn't bother orderingDespite some salty picks in our menu, I will definitely come back to try the order dishes.

If there's any one word to describe The Wholesome Table - it would be "serene". I was having a busy day and walked at the Estancia dining area when I chanced upon this relaxing nook.I ended up ordering their juicy porkchop, iced coffee, and choco hazelnut cupcake. They take quality of their food seriously, and they have (as I currently know), the broadest offering of organic selections.Staff are very accommodating and friendly.Place - 5/5Food - 5/5Price - 3/5Service - 5/5

Organic food is getting a boost in popularity these days. I wondered what the craze was with pricey food untreated with pesticides and preservatives; and now I found the answer. Who knew that organic cuisine could be tasty and healthy at the same time? That was my discovery in the Wholesome Table. This latter already has 3 branches; and it never stops in its endeavor to serve the best organic vegan food. This is probably because of its commitment to serving only the healthiest and freshest selections possible for all those health connoisseurs. We started off with the avocado toast. This simple yet flavorful dish is a combination of baked eggs, avocado, and whole grain toast with mustard and dukkah spice. This is considered as one of their breakfast meals. The eggs and avocado, besides being high in unsaturated fat and protein, gave me an energy boost. Add to that the fact that the ingredients produced a sweet, tangy flavor that was truly fitting to start the day.The Mushroom Paella was their flagship main course dish. This vegan version of the popular Spanish dish is a sight to behold due to its clever mix of bright, explosive colors, and the strong smoky smell. According to the owner, the dish does not have any meat. Instead, the chorizo topping was made out of walnuts. Talk about using vegan ingredients to substitute the meat! Upon tasting, I found that the rice was well cooked; and the chorizo, bell pepper, black mushroom, olives, egg, and shrimp toppings became a winning combo. The mushroom and the chorizo gave the dish a meaty flavor without involving actual meat. The paella was supplemented by their unique Cordillera salad. What makes this special is the fact that authentic Sagada oranges were used in the dish. These were small and tangy oranges that gave the salad a candy-like flavor. I normally don't like salad; but this is an exception because it tasted like a popular confectionery. Furthermore, the salad was topped with duck eggs, baked onions, kale, romane lettuce, squash, and candied chayote. The chayote made the dish even sweeter since it was already caramelized. The main course was ended by the Pokebowl. This is a new organic dish that is currently making waves across the U.S. It is composed of a melange of Fresh salmon, wakame, brown rice, onion leeks, pickled ginger, romaine lettuce, ebiko, furikake, and topped with Togarashi spice and stir fry sauce. Despite the overload of ingredients, I found the dish exciting and tasty. It was the perfect balance of healthy ingredients without scrimping on the taste. While the salmon was raw, I didn't restrain myself from devouring the whole bowl. The delightful mix of sweet, spicy, and salty flavors plus the assurance that it was a health dish made me give in.As for dessert, we had a number of their fine selections. We were bombarded with generous servings of the banana cake, fudge brownies, mango cheesecake, and their blueberry muffins. We also had a taste of their cookies, namely the chocolate and the double oatmeal variants. I loved the banana cake and fudge brownies since they had this no-gluten mixture. That means no bloating from eating a lot of the stuff. I ate to my heart's delight since both cakes were not too sweet for my taste. Both had a chunky texture and were not brittle as well. The mango cheesecake also had a no-gluten policy. The cheese used was also low fat and light to the taste. Since I love blueberry so much, I can say that the muffins took the cake. One can say that the ingredients were well-mixed and of the highest quality. The Wholesome table truly changed my perception of a legit organic food place. I'd truly come back for more.

This is the place to go if you have a group with a diverse diet requirement.Someone is:- vegan? Check.- gluten-intolerant? Check.- lactose-intolerant? Check.- only eats meat? Check.- has a sweet tooth? Check.Yet everything is healthy. There’s something for everybody, and if you’re vegan, you don’t have to make your meat-loving friends suffer eating in a pure vegan restaurant, and vice-versa.The restaurant is pricey, but you kind of expect that going in, especially knowing that they serve only organic, healthy, whole foods. On the upside, you really do get quality food and a beautiful setting.

The Wholesome Table is an organic restaurant that aims to change the way we eat. Here, they offer the same type of comfort food most of us are used to eating, but they make them with healthier ingredients. With food made only from fresh, natural and organic ingredients, The Wholesome Table inspires a change in the way people live, with every plate they have.Owned by Bianca Araneta-Elizalde and husband Juan Elizalde, their goal is to share a wholesome experience with diners in the hopes of inspiring them to follow a healthier lifestyle. They also want to change the way people see organic or healthy food. A lot of us seem to believe that organic food is equivalent to vegetarian or bland food, but that's not always the case. The Wholesome Table corrects this misconception by offering tasty meat and plant-based comfort food. “I figured Filipinos will enjoy this because they can still have the many dishes that they’re used to eating such as burgers, pork, and pizza but they’re less guilty because they’re coming from good sources and made with better and healthier ingredients,” Bianca Araneta-Elizalde, owner, points out.

Wait time: they were quick to assist you when you wanted to order and provide ample waiting time as you transition in between meals.Price: considering that they have a focus on organic and healthy ingredients, it's understandable why the price is a little bit steep for a bunch of food, but it's quite surprising and pleasing to know that they really do serve up on the quality and it's safe to say that I enjoyed every bite of my meal.Ambience: home-y, garden feel to it with industrial, modern touchesOverall: great place if you wanna pamper yourself a little; would recommend this place for brunchesRecommended dishes: Be Dreamy smoothie, spinach dip
