My favorite place to get fresh salad and gourmet drinks. I go to this branch in the way to the office to buy my office food. My all time favorite is the chilled chicken pasta salad. Love the customer service as well

I'm a card-holder of CBTL and needless to say I frequent this place a lot and normally for breakfast (always with coffee). Flavor of food is OK. After all CBTL is not known for great tasting food. They do however have a well-trained accomodating staff that would sometimes remember the last meal you ate. Oftentimes they try to delight the customers. I do want to point out that sometimes the service can be inconsistent specially with the use of the pager service - as they would sometimes bring the food to my table and sometimes I have to fetch it. Also there had been a time when I can get the WI-FI password as a regular customer while in some cases they would ask for my membership card. Overall, I think it's a cool place to pass time, that is quiet, and not too crowded. Also, the staff has good product knowledge and would understand what I mean if I want an Americano or simply a brewed coffee.

Cozy little CBTL branch here at Estancia Mall, Capital Commons. Really cool air-conditioning. Staff are very friendly too. Kudos to Nikka for suggesting the Mexican Chocolate ice blended drink. I really enjoyed the mix of cinnamon and chocolate. Reminds me of the holiday season with the beautiful surroundings of this branch. Lighting is a bit dim though but other than that I enjoyed my quick stay. Recommended.

Wifi doesnt even work whats the point??No outlets wth Slow serviceAgain, wifi doesnt work big turn off. I had to use my 3G for the whole time while i was studying. Plus its noisy here don’t come here!!I went here for convenience but mas hassle pa coz i went here with all the traffic tapos crappy service.Ordered a cookie i asked na i-warm well it aint warm bye. Disappointing coz i love CBTL :(

Tahimik yung location nato kung gusto mo lang mag coffee at ma feel yung vibes ng isang relaxing coffee shop compared sa starbucks na katapat nya. 4 lang kasi pricey yung mga pagkain nila at konti ang serving.

After our buffet dinner we needed some warm drinks to calm our tummies down. This branch is smaller and had limited chairs and tables. We ordered coffee to tea and I redeemed a free upgrade coupon for chai tea latte. Not as good as before but still comforting nonetheless.

Went here on a Sunday night and the place wasn’t full. I noticed that they don’t have their own restroom inside their establishment. Ambiance - 3.5/5. Cleanliness - 3.5/5. Customer service - 3.5/5. Food - 3.5/5. Value - 3.5/5.

I usually rate CBTL high, but so far this branch has consistently disappointed me. Ambience is great, the wall decors and furniture make it easy for people to relax, hangout or do their own business (studying or working). However, this branch is always so damn cold even in the evenings. Is the airconditioning centralized, with the mall aircon? Can they not adjust the thermostat? They don't need to set it so low for such a small area. I wear a jacket when I hangout here, but I still feel like I'm about to freeze.Also the rewards card reader does not read my card after so many visits to this branch. I've been asked to purchase another card, but lo and behold my card can be read in other CBTL branches. I don't want to spend for another card when I still have a functioning card. Docking off one full star because this has not been addressed, and it is getting annoying having to opt for manual input and wait for the points to be added to my account.Otherwise coffee is still the same as the other branches. Love the coffee latte and their daily brews. The location is great as well, just outside the mall and near to my place of work, which is why I'm here often and hope that they improve their service.-1 for the faulty rewards card reader-1 for freezing your customers

I've always thought highly of CBTL desserts, but I came by recently and only then realized Classic Confections makes their delicious, tart mixed Berry Cheesecake. It's a treat that's hard to resist!Good mix of sofas, private, and communal tables, which is conducive for work.

Pros: not too crowded during weekdays has sockets for work peaceful ambience (not noisy) staff is very friendly & accommodating strong wifi connection has both indoor & alfresco tables (no smoking)Cons: restroom is inside the mallWe ordered matcha macchiato over ice & matcha affogato ice blended. For me it's really good cause you can taste the matcha well without it being sweet. As you finish the drink, the coffee is still strong which I love. This is great competition against sb's matcha espresso fusion.
