They only allow one gold member transaction per table. As per website, this is not right and we could use two. I’m with my wife who is also a gold member and my son. I think this is not the first time this issue is escalated to Richmonde management.

My husband and I ate breakfast for 4 consecutive days. The dining staff are very accommodating, polite, and very proactive in suggesting menu. I think his name is Maundy. The food is sooo good! Service is excellent. Fine dining indeed! Will definitely go back here one of these days.

Place - fancy place / elegantFood - very tasteful and big servingPrice - worth the priceService - very polite and accommodatingExperience - my family enjoyed the food especially the kare kare, we thought it’s just for a single serve so we ordered 2, but surprisingly it’s for sharing for 2 or 3, so we just take home the other one because we can’t finish them all

Didnt quite enjoy Richmonde cafe.Limited options on the menu. Ordered a chicken basket which was kinda chewy. The other dish pork sinagang was also pretty average. The staff wasnt the most responsive. Was decor and the ambience was really the only thing which I could classify as positive.Would really need to out of options to come here again.

Sumptuous food. Ambiance is nice to be in if you need to keep your focus. Crowd is decent, staff are nice. It's a go-to place if you want peace and quiet.

One of the nicest things in a hotel stay is when they include breakfast buffet in your accommodation. Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is no exception. Several years ago, I think it was in 2007, we were lucky enough to stay for three straight weeks and I got huge. I gained at least 40 pounds during our stay. Of course, I’ve had extra meals and snacks, but every time it was our turn for the buffet, I ate as much as I wanted.

Food: all of their pastries are good. My favorites are ensaymada and the cake. Sobrang sarap. Sulit yung bayad mo lalo na sa ensaymada kasi super laki. You can it cold or warmed so that the cheese will melt. Legit!! Ambience: has enough seats naman since its inside a hotel. Pero medjo no privacy lang cause its in the side part of the lobby. Service: sometimes the service is slow. Pero you can noticed naman na isa lang kasi ung server. Pero they are ok naman.

For a hotel restaurant, the price is quite affordable especially their pastries and coffee, which we had for our afternoon snacks. For our dinner, I ordered Norwegian Salmon with Beurre Blanc Sauce which tasted really luscious.

Richmonde Hotel. A 4 star hotel and while its the breakfast buffet I am reviewing, I'd just like to point out that it definitely deserves its rating. To begin, the staff were quite polite. Prim and proper to boot. They had promptly seated us and set us up with our beverage of choice, before leaving us to explore the vast selection of food available. It has a good array of simple dishes such as toast, bacon and eggs (which can be cooked according to your preference) and also boasts a wide variety of heavier meals both native and foreign so its a great option for all comers. My main dishes were the local favourites such as tapa and chicken tocino. Both these dishes had a strong, and satisfying taste so neither dish lost out to the other. The menu also includes a wide selection of healthier options which I myself indulged in. I started with a salad and worked my way up to the fruits. While the options so far had very little to dislike, I have to say I found the melon particularly dry. Cereals and yogurt were also on the menu and they taste as expected, which is to say, as store brought products they don’t stand out much but are a welcomed choice to have for a breakfast menu. All in all, I found the experience quite pleasing and am looking forward to another encounter with this establishment. 4/5 😉

We love staying at Richmonde Hotel primarily because their breakfast buffet (that comes with the reservation) is really good! The Cafe is really comfortable, efficient staff, very accomodating, friendly and professional.Their tapa is just phenomenal! (I love everything tapa😀) Everything that you could ever want in your breakfast table is here. My omelette is done to pefection. Good coffee, juices are also available. With breads, jams, fruits and yogurt. Cant wait to come stay there again and have a breakfast feast.
