Ordered food from here for delivery via website.Racks Beef Ribs was quite good. Smothered with Texas style BBQ sauce. Came with couple of sides - corn & carrots and mac n cheese.Smoked Soring Chixkem was good too. Grilled perfectly. With white sauce. Sides were corn on the cob and brocoli cheese.Quite a satisfying meal

The ribs were good but the service was sooo not. We ordered for their Blue Plate lunches which includes ribs, rice, side dish and a glass of iced tea. I got Rib Flakes and my friend got the sweet hickory something ribs. I was satisfied with the taste and the serving amount of my food. They made me really hungry so I was able to finish my food right away. Now, why is their service so bad?First, it took us time before a server went to our table to get our orders. Our hands were raised for at least 5 minutes already. Our table/area was visible from the counter so I don't get why we can easily be skipped.Second, our orders took so long! We had to keep on following up. Good thing I'm seeing a long-time friend so we had plenty of stuff to catch up on.Third, they forgot to serve the glass of iced tea that came with our Blue Plates. We were already halfway done with our meal when I remembered. I asked one of the servers to complete our orders. When she came back with our iced tea, she apologized.

We're used to 2 to 2 1/2 Monday morning drives because of the insane traffic but last Monday was an exception. There were less vehicles on the road because of the transport strike thus we had time for a quick breakfast date.We were about to go to McDo when we noticed the breakfast poster of Racks. Only a few tables were occupied. The smell of sinangag was heavenly and was making me hungry. On the table🔹Rib Flakes - shredded ribs which was so flavorful but even more tasty with their signature sauces. I used the regular and spicy sauce alternately. An easier, less messy way to eat ribs and I'm glad that they serve this during normal operating hours. I loved the garlic rice and scrambled eggs too. 🔹Sausages - hubby liked his foodBoth breakfast plates come with garlic rice or cornbread, sunny side up or scrambled eggs and coffee with 1 refill. These are available from 7am to 10pm.Airconditioning was on full blast and I had to pick where to sit. I was feeling cold so I chose to sit where there was no draft.I'm not a morning person nor big on breakfast but I would love another round of rib flakes for lunch or dinner.

The first Racks outlet I have tried in the Philippines. I must say that this branch is better than what we have in my city. The food was great. Very soft back ribs. Great location. Very cozy interiors. So comfortable inside that it felt like home. What wasn't so nice was the restroom.

celebrated my mom's 60th birthday here earlier. it was a bit warm in the function room. their staff was quick to requests. salad, fish fillet, carbonara, roast chicken and baby back ribs were served. latter two were tender. the soda tasted somewhat dilluted with water. not a bad dining experience.
