Chicken grilled to perfection along with an assortment of sauces to give nuances to each bite. Tried out their perichon wraps with their tasty salsa and cheesy chips. Both serve as great appetizers for a rather filling meal. Wish they were a website partner though.

[SUMMARY] The serving is WAY too DISAPPOINTING. Not coming back.My friend and I were in a hurry so we decided to just get appetizers to-go instead of a full meal (UPTC Branch). Imagine my surprise when this is the amount of serving given to me for my beef salpicao appetizer. For 150 pesos, this is just WAY too little. Even considering that it's an appetizer that is supposed to be shared by at most 2 people, and compared to its counterparts/competitors, this is just beyond disappointing. I never want to go back, especially thinking about how the servers probably also banked on me not looking at my take-out before leaving. I messaged their account to let them know my experience but they left me on seen. No explanations or apologies. Very disappointed.

The 2nd Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken branch I visited and dined in (1st one was in Gateway, Cubao)...I like this branch better as the ambiance and service is better.Loved the interiors too.Food service is fast with smiling servers.I also noticed that their chicken is bigger but I'm sure that the sizes of their chickens is highly based on what's delivered to them.Truly yummy and flavorful though! Which is consistent with this branch and the one I've been to before. Can't wait to try their other branches to see which one is the best. This branch is HIGHLY recommended!Cheers!

[Buttermilk Fried Chicken]Peri-Peri serves this fresh upon order so we're guaranteed quality serving each time. The coating is thin, and audibly crisp, a personal favorite of mine. The flavor of the coating however feels lacking.I'm used to the grilled chicken oozing with flavor that the buttermilk fried chicken feels a little bit short in comparison to the former.Personally, the coating could use just a bit more salt, pepper and other spices to kick off the flavor.Or allow the use of Peri-Peri's signature sauces. The chicken underneath is exceptional, though the size is just adequate, you can tell that it is legitimate buttermilk fried chicken as marinating in buttermilk for extended hours causes the meat to break down and become extremely tender. And that's exactly how the chicken is, it's so tender that the meat falls apart easily as the juices flow. The dish comes with gravy, which is unfortunately bland.I would prefer to have Peri-Peri's various sauces instead. It also comes with fries, which I hoped was not a fixed side dish and allowed us to choose our preferred side dish. The dish has a lot of room for improvement. And I would want to see how Peri-Peri tackles the shortcomings and transform this into an even better dish.P299 for three pieces of chicken and fries.

Love their chicken and love their sauces, they compliment each other perfectly. I enjoy it with their pita and salsa, very good accompaniments and of course you can’t go wrong if you had it with rice too as the side dish.First time to try the ribs here, shared with a friend, and it was sooo good, very very tender and tasty. We were a big group so we also had appetizers and the dynamite sticks and mozzarella sticks were a hit! The chicken skin however was disappointing, it wasn’t super bad but it wasn’t as good as others that we’ve tried either. The best part of this visit was that they have a second floor which at that time no one else was occupying so it was as if we had the whole floor to ourselves plus, get this, no corkage for drinks! Thank you Peri Peri, music to our ears! So we were able to enjoy the bottle of wines we brought in, never mind that they didn’t have proper glasses for it, we enjoyed even if we drank from paper cups LOL. Plus points also for being open til late.Didn’t get the chance to take pictures like I always do as I was very much enjoying the little “party” we were having, like a mini reunion between high school friends so no time for photos.
