I was very pleasantly with the quality of their pasta at the price point. They're definitely worth the bang for the buck.Their noodles are thick and springy. Their squid ink pasta was very interesting. Their carbonara is a hearty classic.I would definitely come back to try their other pasta dishes. :)

We tried this restaurant while still on soft opening today June 12.   We reiterated that more than anything, we wanted the pasta to be very underdone.  Extremely firm and raw center.  First 2 dishes came, and taste wise- check.  That being the case, we placed in an order for 5 other dishes with explicit instructions that we wanted the pasta to be firmer than the one they have provided.  Point is, we did not order the pasta all you can but rather we ordered those under chef's creations.  WE repeated the need for firm pasta- raw center standard as our preference- but it was so disappointing that the 5 orders  we took home were even softer than the ones they gave us in the restaurant.  I think the prices are ok if the dishes are not assembled fast food like - because if that was so- it would be overpriced.  If care and attention was taken to accommodate the request, then price would be worth it.  difference lies in whether they are just using pre cooked pasta (as in fast food ) and top it with whatever sauce- or make a batch to accommodate.  IF THEY CAN'T OR AM UNWILLING, PLEASE TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT ALL THEIR PASTA ARE ALREADY PRECOOKED AND WE HAVE O JUST TAKE IT PER SE AND THEY CANNOT MAKE A BATCH EVEN FOR A HUGE TAKE OUT ORDER>    Honesty is the best policy.  Believe me we were so tempted to take the whole thing back to the restaurant and dump it there even without a replacement or refund.   The place is beautiful and has potential, - if only can they decide whether they want the fast food system or an in between - that and regular cafe or restaurant where they  DO NOT PRECOOK or only make some extremely half cooked.    Then decide on the prices accordingly.  As  I said, they can be the neighborhood darling or the neighborhood pariah.  Kapitolyo residents are very particular about not only the food  but the relationships WITH what we patronize .  Without honesty, I don't think it will work out even if you have the best tasting food around.

Been here last friday night for our 30th monthsary... Bcuz we are pasta lovers. Were excited to tried this unlimited pasta all u canHehe. And surprisingly, 250 is not a bad price for unlimited pasta with many choices of sauce toppings and cheese.. We tried creamy alfredo sauce in spaghetti and fettuccine with bacon ham roasted mushroon and grilled chicken and its all worth it! Theyre noodles was a quality thick and not soggy that cause me to become full fastly hehe.. And also they have a speed connection of free Sky Wifi 😀 that made me more happy coz i wanted to post the good review of this soft opened restau on iG. Kapitolyo eats is one of the best food hub in Metro!! 😃
