Tried Pancit Center because I've been dying to finally taste Pancit batil patung and this place came highly recommended because they offer a ton of pancit varieties. I ordered through website btw which was seamless but the pancit was a bit of a let down.  The soup was salty and the noodles didnt have a lot of flavor in it. For the price I also thought the serving size would've been bigger. And btw, I also had it the way it should be eaten with the calamansi and onions. It was tolerable but it wasnt as expected.

Only because I was curious why they were called Pancit Center. On top of having a variety of pancit from different regions of the Philippines, I was hoping they coined the name because they are the experts of it. Sothangon Guisado looked like a steal at Php 105 in one glance but it wasn't. The noodles were sticky and they go as one as you use your fork. So imagine me biting on it as I lift it up. There's also no meat nor veggies to it. The taste was also rather salty. Fish Tapa had a funny taste. It was like salty bacon with a strong fish sauce. I also didnt appreciate the toughness. I did enjoy the runny egg and fresh tomatoes. The Lumpiang Ubod is another forgettable piece. It's insides were like sliced paper. It was bland, without character. I didn't even bother adding its sauce after trying it initially. This could be the worst delivery ever.

I was looking forward to eating pancit bato bcoz it was featured on gma but it wasnt what i expected. I cant taste the pancit neither the dinuguan. I dont know but for me i didnt like it. Maybe it was supposed to taste like that? Not sure. What Im sure of is with their pancit malabon. It was not tasty at all. The noodles were fragile. There is less sauce. Cant taste the sauce. Also a great factor is that its not worth the price. I ordered small bilao of pancit bato and junior pancit malabon for delivery. My order's total price is 560. When i received it it was a let down. So small. As in small. I know i ordered small but not what i expect small. We havent eaten the malabon too. Just little tasting coz it was not delicious. So sad. I thought they were expert on pancit coz it was named pancit center. Im Not ordering there again. Never.

Terrific Filipino food experience! I have been raving about their pansit to my boss and colleagues. this is Pinoy pride! Would love to order for delivery next time my boss comes to visit in Manila.I'd recommend the Batil Patong if you're adventurous, definitely worth the try. And pancit Malabon if you want something tasty and rich, this is my go-to order.
