i rated 41st, because of the staff very accommodating.2nd, the friend chicken here is superb even though it's a  Pancake House :D3rd it's the hearty's chef's salad i loved the mostbut suddenly the pasta (carbonara) was over cooked that's why i didn't enjoyed it  much,  i hope next time it's better than the last time. and before i forgot Waffle Foldover is my daughter's favorite dessert

It's been years since I last ate at this place, yet still the service is amazing.The whole area is a bit small but for just a quick lunch escape from work, definitely a good one.Food and service is much better than the one in Megamall to be honest.👌

Pancake house is more affordable now compared to several years back, the most affordable one considering the price to size serving ratio being the Salisbury Steak meal.The tapa was flavorful too but it was too tough to chew---even by Tapa standards. Pork Chop was respectable in size but the taste was nothing new.Pancake is house is not the place to go if you are in a hurry as they cook the food upon order which is actually a good thing as you are ensured that food is warm and freshly made when it reaches your table.

Arrived around 9:30 this morning hoping for a quick bite. Our usual order is the fried chicken and classic pancake. After a few minutes of waiting, and a couple more (15++); I noticed that 2 other tables have not received their food yet. So that means our order is way behind. I followed up with the personnel, and they said three more minutes.When the chicken finally arrived, I was shocked with the quality. This plate passed the hands of 2 crew personnel, and not one even noticed how way off the chicken looks.I called for the manager, which approached and explained that when the food was being prepared, the oil was in "low temperature" which I would just assume caused the burnt parts. As I cannot wait for another set to be prepared, they offered the pancake order for free.My sentiment here is that: one should not compromise the quality of work (just so you can deliver an output) and hope that it won't be noticed. But in this case, it really can't go unnoticed.

waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive after being told that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Every other Pancake House branch I’ve visited has better service than this one. This has been a repeat occurrence for me when visiting this particular branch.

Pancake House continues to grow its stores lately especially now with their revamp of branding. The overlook from the interior to the wait staff uniforms is now more vibrant and cool. The place screams baby pink and bright orange. Pancake House is on the prowl in targeting millennials plus the younger generation. And there are aplenty in this street, near University of Asia and the Pacific where I studied college. Two nights back I had Spiced Chicken Pilaf, a decent grub at Php 219. This plate is also relatively a healthier pick with brown rice and well seasoned grilled chicken fillet. I suggest sprinkling some lemon here for some citrus kick. I also got Almondigas Soup. I never heard of this until I ordered it. It’s actually meatballs with misua noodle. It was satisfying, not bad for just Php 119.The new Black Forest Pancake is out. Too bad I got full, I had no more room for it. The new line up of pancakes should be one of their ways to capture the youth.

I had a decent dinner here.  Very few customers at that time of the day. The Hot Roast Beef meal was delicious!  It was filling, and the manager even personally offered me extra gravy.  This is a repeat visit.  Just a few weeks ago, I dined here with my colleagues and we all liked the Shrimp Mango salad.  I commend the team for the good service and the delicious food.  It's value for money.

But if you're budget concious and you're out with your friends or love one, you should try their "2 for 399"Service: 2 ou of 5I don't like their service here compared to other Pancake House branches. Service here is slow and not that attentiveAmbiance: 3 out of 5Same with other Pancake House, not bad but not a stand out. Lighting is a little darker than regular food joints

When I have my staycation at a hotel nearby, I always want it to be relaxing and comfortable. And Pancake House is without a doubt my place to chow on some comfort-food. This branch is actually walking distance to the hotel I staycation at.For years, especially in my young childhood ones, many a times my family went to eat at Pancake House. It may have been for any random reason, or even no reason at all, my mom just took us there, and it was always a wonderful experience. Eating at Pancake House brings back those wonderful memories. Pretty nostalgic.Without a doubt, at least 90% of the time, I order the Salisbury Steak. Before, I would totally mix everything (with an adults help), and then eat it. Even as I have grown up, I still mix it--myself of course, and I would say I am quite meticulous about it. The meat has to be cut into bite size pieces, and the gravy has to be coating everything. Haha! Dont kill me! 😁As always, my Salisbury Steak meal is a never fail. The meat is tender, not dry. The mushrooms and bacon have not only addtional texture, but great flavor too with the gravy. I try to get a bit of everything on that first bite.There are a bunch over other things that I also like to eat, if my appetite is hefty. Tacos, choco-chip pancakes, or peanut butter waffles, are some of the other things I might order. All of them good, but not as good as the Salisbury Steak.Food: 5.0 - Food is a double thumbs up for me. 👍👍Price: 5.0 - Okay, the price has obviously gone up over the many years. I remember back in the day, things on the menu were half the price. It's all the inflation. But with today's value on things, I would say Pancake House is doable.Service: 4.0 - Service can be a little slow when the place is full.Ambience: 4.0 - Even with the bright lights, the comfy modern interiors still can feel like home.Like I said earlier, things can feel nostalgic with Pancake House, and that's a good thing. Next staycation, I am eating here again.

The garlic rice and fried chicken combination is the best. While I had it in 2016 and always wanted to go back to have another time. Best order always, the garlic rice and fried chicken.
