i rated 41st, because of the staff very accommodating.2nd, the friend chicken here is superb even though it's a Pancake House :D3rd it's the hearty's chef's salad i loved the mostbut suddenly the pasta (carbonara) was over cooked that's why i didn't enjoyed it much, i hope next time it's better than the last time. and before i forgot Waffle Foldover is my daughter's favorite dessert

It's been years since I last ate at this place, yet still the service is amazing.The whole area is a bit small but for just a quick lunch escape from work, definitely a good one.Food and service is much better than the one in Megamall to be honest.👌

Pancake house is more affordable now compared to several years back, the most affordable one considering the price to size serving ratio being the Salisbury Steak meal.The tapa was flavorful too but it was too tough to chew---even by Tapa standards. Pork Chop was respectable in size but the taste was nothing new.Pancake is house is not the place to go if you are in a hurry as they cook the food upon order which is actually a good thing as you are ensured that food is warm and freshly made when it reaches your table.

Arrived around 9:30 this morning hoping for a quick bite. Our usual order is the fried chicken and classic pancake. After a few minutes of waiting, and a couple more (15++); I noticed that 2 other tables have not received their food yet. So that means our order is way behind. I followed up with the personnel, and they said three more minutes.When the chicken finally arrived, I was shocked with the quality. This plate passed the hands of 2 crew personnel, and not one even noticed how way off the chicken looks.I called for the manager, which approached and explained that when the food was being prepared, the oil was in "low temperature" which I would just assume caused the burnt parts. As I cannot wait for another set to be prepared, they offered the pancake order for free.My sentiment here is that: one should not compromise the quality of work (just so you can deliver an output) and hope that it won't be noticed. But in this case, it really can't go unnoticed.

waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive after being told that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Every other Pancake House branch I’ve visited has better service than this one. This has been a repeat occurrence for me when visiting this particular branch.
