I can say that to date,  the family has yet to find an alternative to Pancake House. We simply love their pancakes/waffles with country sausage on the side, along with everything else in their menu....

Their pancakes are still one of the best! Soft, moist, and fluffy, just the way I like it.Their fried chicken is also underrated. It's easily in my top 5. I've also tried their arroz a la cubana numerous times and every try tastes as good as the last one. Their banoffee pancake is also good!I was bit disappointed with their roast beef, though. It could be because we went there at 10 in the evening but the meat was so dry and the gravy has congealed already. Not trying that again.

I ordered a chef's salad for lunch. Most of the leaves were withered. At first, I was just removing the ones I wouldn't like to eat. Lo and behold, under the huge pile of lettuce, the leaves were black. As in black. The manager, through a wait staff offered me soup but I declined. I just wanted to eat my salad. The manager didn't even show himself/herself.Moral of the story, do not eat salad here. Expensive na, super bad quality pa.
