One of the best restaurant not only in Kapitolyo but in the metro. Pretty briliant concept (though the #48 is just an illusion) as it reminds me so much of 12/10. Small place, simple interior, great dishes. The place was introduced to me by my friend, #jerome whos brother is one of those who coceptualized the place. I havent been there lately since he moved to London and unluckily I'm not yet in to website then. But great dinning experience even though parking is a true concern. You just have to get used to it (you can walk along anyway) and pretend your in the high streets of San Francisco. My favorite here is their anise pork belly. Anyone on a diet will probably let go of it for every bite of its juices. No other restaurant likewise offer the same meal. Their bowl of happiness is next and all their pastas... especially the chorizo pasta. They also serve wine and other liquors if you don't want to hop somewhere else after a hearty dinner. Everything here are must try especially their pork dishes. I don't know why or how they prepare them. But every meal is simply a great dinning experience.

We had a nice time hanging out in this casual dining joint last night. Just don't set very high expectations so that you can thoroughly appreciate their simple and seemingly home-cooked like meals.

It was 9:30 in the evening when we got here. We were welcomed by a petite girl who happened to be our server as well. I like her because she is knowledgable with their menus. She was the one who told us that they're closing soon till December 13 bec the lot owner said a chapel will be built there. So they're planning to transfer.Anyway, we were suggested to order their bestseller which is the pumpkin vanilla for the soup. They use vanilla ice cream to be mixed with the pumpkin soup instead of the usual cream. And it was good . Then for the entrees, we had anise full belly and five spiced marlin. I like the five spice Marlin better, One of the best tasting Marlin I've tried, actually. but I think it would be better if they put more veggies on the side instead of one leaf lettuce. Over all , it was good and glad I got to experience it before they move out. A lot of interesting food to try in their menu so hope to know where they plan to transfer.

Bamboo shells too salty. I got surf turf asked steak to be cooked medium.. Medyo rare sya. I think natakot sila ma-overcook kasi ang nipis ng cut. Mas masarap pa yata luto sa salpicao ng kasama ko. All other parts of the dish I liked though..mashed potato, mushroom, arugula, shrimp. Oh well

Horrible service and the personnel were simply rude. Why bother opening? If you're going to open a place, try screening your people first and train them to be kind to your customers. One of the worst places I've been to in Kapitolyo

We were looking for something different for dinner and open kitchen catch our eyes since no one's there, we wanted to check if the food's good. I like the simplicity of their ambiance. The half cooked tuna is good. I love it. The pork though is a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall experience is great.

Open Kitchen is a warm and welcoming resto a few restos further down East Capitol in Kapitolyo. We were just after coffee and dessert the time we went, and this place does not disappoint. The Chocolate Lava and Salted Caramel cheesecake are glorious! Pair it with coffee and your afternoon is made. 👌🏽 Open Kitchen is spacious and the vibe is modern--I would love to stay a bit longer next time to enjoy the ambience and try out other food in the menu.

First time to try this with my college friends! We didn't want to go to mall restos this season so I decided to have it here away from all the chaos. So how do I rate them?PLACE- Place is homey! The al fresco area makes me feel like I'm just at the backyard enjoying a good meal. SERVICE- Their staff were very attentive and courteous. They talk to us with a smile and always ready to assist whenever needed. They answered every question we have regarding the menu.FOOD- Food was awesome! We started with appetizers (Gabi chips) and I love how they added twist on this one. I got the Pan Roasted Chicken breast, my friends got the Black Risotto Rice, Capers Pasta and their famous Anise Pork Belly- ALL YUMMOOOOO! Try their Strawberry Basil shake too! Very refreshing!PRICE- Price is okay, given the quality, taste and presentation. Maybe they can make it a lil bigger soon so we can enjoy more! :)I was hoping they could play a lil music just to set the mood. :) Thanks to one of the owners (Elea) who was there to assist us all the way! Aprub!

One of the best Resto to celebrate a special occasion with your love one. Indeed it is! We enjoyed eating here! Their food is simply awesome! Open kitchen style is also amazing. Seeing and smelling your delicious food that was made and cooked by a chef makes you feel very special. haha. We ordered these: The big B breakfast - If you are very gutom and likes to eat chicken, longanisa, pork belly, egg, veggie, and sinangag in one. This one is for you! Haha. Everytime I spoon this, I say this word: hmmm. Ansarap!! haha! Worth the price. A must try. Beef Ragout - A very unique spaghetti with a taste of a Persian cuisine. Masarap sya! Last but not the least, In house Vanilla Ice Cream - to satisfy our date, this one is the cherry on top! haha super yummy and creamy! The salted caramel and the vanilla ice cream is just the best! a must try also! All in all we enjoyed eating here. Plus, I love the ambience of the place seeing some of herbs and plants outside. Service is also great, they are very honest.
