The area is clean and inviting with a large board showing alluring pictures of a few of their dishes; pizza, pasta and salad. We thought we would sit inside instead of out in the primary mall corridor. The walls had images of the awards given to therestaurant in NY; not in Manila. The salad was served first once we requested also it was so delicious and sensible; we wished we purchased two though it had been expensive at PhP495. The Margherita Pizza followed also it was excellent. I struggled slicing it with the knife, therefore i used my fingers. The Gamberi Pizza emerged and there rests the reason behind the rating; it had been burned on the edges. We actually had to slice the "lips" as my mother (GBHS) loves to call them. A couple of things made me insist upon the review and ranking. First, there have been few shrimps. 2nd, the waiter either didn't care whenever we told him concerning the burned sides, or he didn't understand. Well, we didn't leave any tips about the surface of the 10% service charge.

We ordered various pasta and pizzas in Podium and the best was the Marghetia with burrata. I has been a little disappointment with the pastas, honestly. They're on the gentle side, not really al dente. Very on the Filipino part instead of Italian. The staffcould make use of more cheering up aswell.

I normally don’t like dining places who claim that they're authentic but doesn’t help make from scratch. Italian cooking food is focused on hard work and choosing the best ingredients. Here it goes: 1. Pasta - They make use of fresh pasta. It is possible to tell as the noodlesweren’t fine. They don't have the same consistency as storebought and you may still feel and flavor the crumby consistency. It had been also al dente. I've tasted both Aglio electronic Olio and Truffle paste that have been both good. Only a tip, keep these things add some chili essential oil or flakes if they create it. It’s excellent 2. Pizza - Good type and crust. Oven baked. The reddish colored sauce provides this bitter and herby flavor which was best for me. The prosciutto and the meats used includes a unique flavor which blends properly with the pizza. I simply wish that there have been more cheese patches. Will definitely keep coming back here once again. It’s just a little pricy but it’s of high quality.
