As this resto is situated right in my former office building, my officemates and I used to have lunch here during rainy days (for those hot noodle soups!) or if we don't fancy walking to somewhere else. As the food here is quite pricy, I would usually order what we term as a "kargador" lunch: an order of pork siomai and a bowl of rice. The siomai are quite large and packed, enough as a light lunch. You can request for a small bowl of broth for free as well.

It's just right below our office. My friends usually drink here right after office. I always order the siomai and sometimes noodle soup for merienda. They serve chinese dishes that is actually not bad, great location also for lunch meeting.

My favorite dining place when I used to work at Tektite. Loved their Chinese food, always served warm. Best sellers come from their dimsum menu...fried spring rolls, hakaw, siomai and polonchay. For their rice toppings, try their asado rice and white chicken with ginger. We also love their fried pansit canton with fish fillet tausi. They have a lot of delicious food to try. Price is also reasonable for their quality and location. Prefect for those working in Ortigas.

The place is okay. But I love their food. I love Chinese food!! I love their Hakaw and the first ever time I tried Hakaw was in Ming Bistro. It was my first day at work and my boss treated me for lunch. I also like their cereal prawns and Yang Chow fried rice. I personally know the owner and manager of Ming Bistro.

One of the few restaurants that has survived Tektite. Through the years this building has had a share of closing and opening new food hubs. It's been awhile since I came back and I love the interior changes they did from the last time. I ordered two dine in and two to eat for later. Their Php 65 Mango Sago with Nata was worth it. The presence of mango was felt and the soft textured tapioca paired well with sweet chewy Nata. I also loved the 3 piece Polonchay Dumpling. It just gets better with their own chili dipped in some soy sauce and calamansi. The fillings were generous too. The Shrimp with Broccoli was a favorite. Ample vegetables seasoned well, shrimp cooked just right in its light flavored sauce. I had this almost by itself without rice. Pork Asado was not recommended though. The meat was so dry it's almost like preserved. Tasty enough but I would most likely pass this on the next visit.

When you are from cebu and you come to manila (ortigas to be exact), there are alot of new restaurant names along the road and you don't know which one tastes good. Let me help you out then!Ming Bistro & Bar is a good place to start. It is located beside Unionbank, PSE center, exchange road. I ordered the Beef Stew Rice and Siomai, and boy were they good! Their siomai is one of the best siomais I've tasted! (Trust me! I've tasted alot!). The price however is a little too expensive (as expected in manila) the siomai costed php 100, but it really is a must try! As for the Beef Stew Rice, overall it was good! The beef was soft and tender, while the Rice is perfectly cooked for my taste. However, with its price, I believe the serving should be more generous in terms of the sauce, veggies and beef. The dish costed php 210. In terms of flavour though it was a thumbs up!

We had a lunch on Ming's today to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food. The servers are not that attentive at first so I helped myself on getting a table. I ordered my favorite Chinese food Mapo Tofu, soy chicken, shark's fin siomai, fish crackers and yang chow rice. The place is cozy and comfortable. The table is enough for 4 to 5 dishes unlike some cramped up restaurants. The food lacks saltiness but I am not saying that it is bland. It just tastes healthy. I mean no MSG and not too much salt. The Mapo Tofu has a different taste compared to what I tried before. Though they have a generous serving I still thinks that it is expensive.

The place is quite clean and the environment somewhat resembles Chinese and Modern bar. AESTHETICS wise the place looks really nice and chill place to have a meal or drink. The food and drinks are kind of expensive. Location is very accessible to the corporate buildings. Food is okay.

Sulit yung fish congee! Skip the Shark's fin and just stick to the siomai. Try their Hot and Sour soup too! It can compete with those that you can order in some restsurants near Dampa. The serving size is for sharing.Dried Squid congee was disappointing. Squid was burnt and bitter to the taste. And they just stuffed the congee with over the counter Squid balls.----UPDATE: Happy Hour starts at 5pm. Avail of their unli beer for only Php 308 (280 + service charge). It is served SUPER Cold! Saraaaap!UPDATE: Their siomai is good, if not one of the best! It was so flavorful. One could tell it was because of the mushrooms. However, skip the siopao. The asado barely had meat. Basically, what was inside the siopao was just red goop.UPDATE: Good Xiao Long Bao! And for the price, it's worth it. (Although from experience, it's not always available)Their menu is awesome! Unli Coffee, unli beer, and buy 1 take 1 cocktails? What more can you ask for? The food selection looks great too. Tried their noodle soup and shrimp dumpling: broth was good and you could tell that their dim sum dishes would be a hit. (Can't wait to try the Xiao Long Bao) Noodles were a bit overcooked (mushy) and the beef tasted old with the texture being gummy. Will update the review and the rating as we try more dishes in the coming days.

Ming is one of my go-to restaurants when I’m around Tektite area. Good Chinese food at an affordable price. I got the Meatball Congee with Century Egg (Php160) today, although I’ve also tried their Tausi Spareribs Rice (Php160) before. They also have a wide selection of food for sharing — I’ve tried their Sweet and Sour Pork and Fish Fillet with Tausi.Lastly, don’t forget to try their Siomai (Php100). Yes, it deserves a new paragraph. Simply one of the best I’ve tasted so far!
