24-hours Mcdo! Sadly, their service is always horrible.They are the only McDonald's I've seen that has A LOT of food out on their "food tray" (where the food sits until they serve it to a customer). I thought fastfood chains have rules when it comes to food being pre-made and how long it can sit around. Despite having a lot of food waiting to be served, service was still extremely slow. So much for fast food. 👎I ordered their Sausage McGriddle. It was so weird.... they served it to me with 3 of the buns/pancake-like bread. There was 1 on top and 2 under. How can a McDonald's serve 3 breads for a burger?! Since they're open 24 hours, I'm sure customers would appreciate it if the servers are at the very least polite.

We used to dine in this branch before. :-D I would honestly say that this is a branch for mcdonalds trainees. I understand that the trainees will make mistakes or is very slow in taking orders. The manager should guide them. :-D there is nothing more i can say about this store aside from the service.

McDonald's is always a place of refuge for instant burger craving. It's really fast and the place is so cool no matter what branch. Philippine McDonald's will not be at par with our neighboring country's version. the toys are my all time favorite.

TheCreamy Truffle Shake Shake Fries is yummy though it may border on salty if you eat them all by yourself. Also, the taste reminds me of sour cream without the sour taste. But it's still good. This branch, however, looks gloomy compared to other branches. General cleanliness and interior upkeep is also not that good.

pretty decent McDonald's branch but definitely not the cleanest I have been to. twister fries is back and finally I got to taste it this season. coke mcfreeze is a favorite but got to try royal mcfreeze this time.

This one is the worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've been. It hasn't improved a bit. I hope the management will do something about it. Ambiance - 2/5Customer service - 3/5Value - 3/5Cleanliness - 2/5Food - 3/5

where i could run to when in SM Megamall, craving for mcdonald's and the branch inside the mall is crowded. they should spend more time maintaining their washrooms though.

I was craving for my much needed breakfast and Mcdonald's is the sure way to boost my morning. I had my usual sausage mcmuffin with hash brown with regular iced coffee and it was satisfying.  Although the concern I had was the sanitation of the store that is something that needs to be improved especially the cleanliness of their comfort rooms.  It felt like those really stinky public cr's that needs to be constantly maintained.  Yes you to restaurants for the food but for me the service and ambiance is very important as well.

Mcdonalds food is mcdonalds food - its pretty much the same.For this review i want to focus on general cleanliness and service. I was waiting for a friend when i noticed a pair of roaches walking around. Two small ones by the door and parking side window. I just finished eating and didnt think if reviewing the place, but i think roaches are unacceptable in a food establishment. I cant imagine now how their kitchen must be. I seriousy hope its cleaner. Floors are sticky, tables unkept, and staff seem apathetic. I understand that this is a hight traffic branch, but they should take better care of the place.
