we love the food. we eat here 2x a week. but for this week alone we went there 2x but unfortunately they were closed with no advice. website says they are open and the store says open as well. it’s a big hassle to go all the way to dine but already closed and it’s just 8:30pm.

We ordered the bacon grilled cheese with tomato soup, buttermilk fried chicken and rosemary fries, all of which were really good except the chicken which was ok lang. Service was bad, waitresses often were not paying attention or were nowhere to be seen.

The food taste like shit. Chicken wings are old stock smell bad. The fries are also not good. Really disappointed.

We ate the tomato basil penne, buttermilk chicken and bacon &rosemary pizza. For the cons - there were flies hovering during breakfast. Disappointed with the buttermilk chicken bec the herbs and spices was balanced but the inside of the chicken is still uncooked and with blood on it. We did not bother to replace it as my partner was hungry and just want to eat even though I insisted. 🙄 The pizza was good and so is the pasta with huge servings. The chicken was really the downer..

I ordered the steak and chips, traditional poutine and bacon pizza. I asked for it to be Medium. Unfortunately it wasn't medium. What's worse is the steak tasted kinda old na.There were only 2 servers in the restaurant catering 5-6 tables. It was kinda frustrating how slow the service was because only 1 of those 2 persons were active in taking orders or were even knowledgeable about the menu. Conclusion:Poutine and pizza were good. Others, not so much especially for the price. I wish they would trim down the menu and just focus on doing food that you can consistently cook good rather than have a lot of options and be inconsistent with it.

I always loved the food here and has been a loyal customer until last night. We decided to order via Food Panda and the Hoisin Ribs indicated that it included mashed potatoes. Order came in 30 mins. but with rice and not mashed potatoes. I called the restaurant and was answered by a woman with Zero empathy, was rude and just said "wala naman nakaindicate sa order niyo na mashed potato" I explained that the menu says it so I do not need to indicate. She said "Hindi ko alam eh"Wow! Just wow! Never coming back.

The place was cozy and all, they have a smoking area as well which was great. The only thing we didn't like was the food. Ribs was too sweet for our liking, steak was okay.
