We always have a good time when dining at Locavore. It’s one of our go-to restos for a good Filipino meal. Their modern takes on our Filipino favorites almost always hit the mark. It’s our first time to try the Kimchinigang and that was a pleasant surprise. Our usual favorites (Sizzling Beef Sinigang, Garlic Baby Squid) are consistently good. The Kanto bbq ribs, was flavorful although it takes a little more effort to eat because it had too much “litid”. The fried chicken had too much breading I think. But maybe that’s their style. I’d still go back here for sure! That Kimchinigang alone is worth it.

We ordered their Beef Pares Stew and Kare-Kare wings.Beef Pares Stew: you get that yummy flavor of pares paired of with a fall-of-the bone beef 👌 The meat was so soft and easy to munch on.Kare-Kare Wings: this is a different take on "chicken wings" and we just picked this rather than their bestseller Fried Chicken and we're glad we did! The peanut sauce was one of the best sauce I've tasted in a kare-kare paired off with a bagoong and ranch dip.We just ordered 2 meals but we're so full and went out of the resto so satisfied. Will go back here to try their other meals.PS. This is so perfect for family and barkada dinner ❤

I will never grow tired of their food here. I usually come here for their sizzling sinigang. Then having a drink. Or two 😄 Service is very good even though the place gets a bit crowded at times.

The food was excellent! First time to dine here and it was superb! I was moved on the innovative menus but uncomplicated flavor. Will be back again. Good job 👏🏻

Flavorful! You should order the lechon oyster sisig and sizzling sinigang. We want to go back next time. Not recommendable if you want big portions.

I made a reservation 3 weeks ahead of time to make sure we will get a proper seat. Im happy when we came since the place is not crowded yet. I told them that we have a reservation and they want us to seat beside the aircon even the place is still empty. I told the heartless receptionist that no one's there yet why I cant take other seats? And she explained it's already reserved then I told her I also made a reservation. I even saw my name first on the list but they don't care. Very poor service. I didn't enjoy my food. Lastly, there was a small cockroach where we sat. Disgusting place.

Love the place been one of my favorite restaurant in kapitolyo area. But almost all the food with sauce has too much msg in the food. You will always crave for something sweet while eating or after you eat.

Prices are way higher now and the portions are really disappointing. I remember still having some leftovers for the sizzling sinigang whenever we would dine in before. But now it came with shreds of meat, one piece of cherry timato, and a few strands of French beans. Was really disappointed and service was also not good, I had to call them each time for a water refill, even if we were the first group inside. Oyster sisig tasted meh. The only nice dish that we had was the leche flan.

Had lunch here with friends and ordered the sizzling sinigang, lechon with oysters, sugpo con mayonesa, and turon. The prawns were very good, one of my all time faves here. The sinigang was very good too and the beef was tender. The lechon with oysters was just okay for me, since I don't like it when lechon is recooked and it reminds me of lechon paksiw. That's just me. The turon was a pleasant surprise. The filling was custard and it had a Dulce de Leche sauce. Will order this again.Service was just okay, it may take time for the servers to notice you even if the place isn't that packed.Price is above average so plan your dishes well. Parking is also quite limited.

We were able to eat here eventually. Would like to commend the staff and waiters because they were very helpful.We ordered oyster sisig (very oily, eventually nakakasuya - it reminda me of the taste of sisig hooray lol), korean chicken (very big serving, decent but unremarkable.. like i can get the same elsewhere), lumpia tinapa (this one was okay tastewise).There were only two of us and we over ordered I think. We did not finish the food but had them to go.Maybe this place is best suited for barkada dinners (there were many big groups of customers) rather than for couples.
