My friends and I had a Saturday night out at Locale Gastrobar. We only had a few bar snacks: Nachos and Truffle Fries, along with Unlimited Mojitos.The service is excellent, I'm impressed that the Mojitos are prepared as requested. I would love visit this place to try other dishes.

I consider this as one of the shiniest hidden gems of Ortigas. Place is perfectly cozy for afterwork drinks or a night of catch-up sessions with friends. They also have various performers every night that complements the dining experience. Whether you are an acoustic enthusiast, a millennial or an edm junkie, they have nights devoted for your enjoyment. Don't forget to ask the servers for their buy 1 take 1 promos on beers and cocktails. Spicy Gambas, Truffle Tapsilog and Oyster Sisig are exciting must-tries.

I've only been here once together with my office mates. It was a hectic week and we decided to have a girl's night out. The place is cool. It wasn't that crowded and the staffs were very nice and accommodating. We ordered their buy-one-take-one cocktails. However, we never got to try their food because we already had dinner somewhere else before going there.

Quite a trendy bar in Ugong at City Golf Plaza. Went here on a Saturday late evening and the place was almost full.We ordered the Mojito pitcher asking the bartender to replace Tanduay with Bacardi. He obliged at the added price of 5 shots of Bacardi. The mojito was good but not the best we've tasted. The Angus Mac n Cheese Burger was a revelation -moist and tasty. One of the best burgers we've eaten. Even the bun was flavorful.After our bacardi mojito pitcher, we wanted to try the Absolut Kurant Metropolitan coctail recipe that I saw on the Absolut website. I showed the recipe to the bartender and he agreed to make it for just the price if the absolut shot. It had triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice. Alas, it looked much better than it tasted! Full marks to Locale for being willing to experiment with their drinks.
