Tried 3 flavors, Nutella was the best! But they were all flavorful, smooth and very creamy in texture, not too sweet, taste just right! P120/sml cup & P190/lrg cup. Nevertheless, it was worth it! They have yummy, creamy and delicious ice creams! It's also awesome that we get to see someone making an ice cream from scratch (with liquid nitrogen)! I love their Nuts 4 Nutella Ice Cream! A must try!

PLACE: ★-A bit small with only few chairs and small tables. Although you can always have your tub of ice cream as a takeout or opt to eat outside if you really want to stay. But the inside was cozy.SERVICE: ★★-You can watch how your ice cream is made using liquid nitrogen. Now that' something new.PRICE: ★-Uhh, P120 for a small tub of ice cream..? We just tried it anyway.FOOD: ★★-We had the nutella and it was okay. Though I wanted to try the other flavors, but we were really full at that time from out kapitolyo night out.

I get that Kool Kids tries to create an ice cream experience for its visitors by freezing the ice cream with nitrogen right in front of its guests. Their attendants use gloves and goggles as a pre-selected, pre-frozen ice cream flavour mixture of your choice is combined with liquid nitrogen in Kitchen Aid machines. It seems safe…enough, with a protective glass barrier between them and patrons of the store. However, there were only two mixing machines when we visited, so I can’t imagine them handling crowds well when they come.  In the end, however, the ice cream just tastes okay. For all that effort, I think they’re better off pre-making huge batches and re-examining the pros and cons of having so much nitrogen on-site.

This quaint ice cream shop boasts its process of storing their products after creating them - freezing it using liquid nitrogen. This ensures the freshness of a batch. I find their ice cream tasty but a bit thin, not the creaminess I expected. But its a good stopover for a palate cleanser or a quick dessert. #thecitymouse
