I'm quite surprised I didn't write a review the last time I was here, but I suppose good food can put the brain in a bit of a fog. There are so many amazing things about Kimono Ken that will make me a regular customer. I love Japanese food, and having come off a three-meal sushi bender (a friend and I ordered a party platter, no judgement) - I was a little hesitant to go for Japanese again, but we both knew how delicious sashimi was and Kimono Ken serves really good, quality sashimi. Personal recommendation: Get the Shake (Salmon), Maguro (Tuna), Uni (Sea Urchin), and Ebi sashimi. If you're newer to Japanese cuisine and not feeling adventurous, go for the rice toppings or Donburi - seriously, you can't go wrong with prawns, chicken, unagi (eel), beef tendon, pork katsudon. Pretty sure it's a fan favorite - it's definitely a favorite of mine. The portions are also generous yet very affordable. The feel here was simple, comfortable. Their tables are spread out really well, so you definitely don't feel like you and other tables are on top of each other, which I liked. The service was very good, very standard, very Japanese in culture. I can't wait to go back and try more from the menu.

I've been here a couple of times and it's really nothing to write about, but it's one of the few options in RBC to seek out when you don't want Jollibee, KFC, or McDo. The food is okay and the place is good for meeting with people. Staff is attentive, and the RBC wi-fi works here.

I've not eaten in a Kimono Ken restaurant in years. I'm pleasantly surprised that this branch has managed to maintain quality in terms of taste, preparation, and presentation. Value for money to address one's craving for good yet reasonably priced Japanese food in the Metro.

Maki sushi lang gusto ko sakanila. Medyo matagal sila mag server pero organize naman sila sa pag hahandle ng mga customers. Mababait at approachable ang staffs nila.

Excellent service. Great value. Good food. :) Recommend the Salmon Sashimi, Agedashi Tofu, Gyoza and Beef teppan. :) Yaki-soba is not recommended as it is more of a pancit canton than a soba. The noodles arent soba but it isn't bad at all. Just different from traditional soba. Curry sauce is more indian than japanese but its still pretty good and goes well with tonkatsu. :)
